Do not trust this spark energy company! They have people walk around and add you to their services without your knowledge or permission and
To whom this is concerning. I have been trying to contact spark energy since May of 2026 in regards of spark energy being my gas supplier they say since 2016 I had never ever contacted these people in my life and have no idea how they became my gas supplier for what I can say is while trying to contact them they have done nothing to help fix the situation and trying to find out how and when they had become my gas supplier for my address in which I live in a duplex... I had asked them in May being the third time I contacted them since January or February of 2026 to take me off of their customer as I did not want them to be my gas supplier I even spoke to a supervisor who had emailed me stating that my services have been canceled and how sorry he had been that this happened to me I even had to do a police report due to the facts it has been so long they claim to bend my gas supplier since year 2016 I moved into my duplex in year 2014 I never spoke to anybody except one person that I can remember that brought me remind you opened my mail which was my spectrum charter internet bill and my consumer bill and tried to explain to me he could get my bills cheaper for me in return I turned him away as he put his foot in my door trying to get me to talk to him about my bills even more I said to him my baby is crying I'll be right back and this guy literally refused to leave his foot on the opposite side of my door so I let my dog out that was right next to me in a cage my dog came around the corner and barked at him he backed up and flipped over my railing of my porch my dog never touched him though I also had to make a police report because this guy refused to leave he had no uniform on no name tag no nothing that is the only thing that I can remember that seem like it happened a long time ago my daughter is going on 3 years old when I told him my baby is crying I have to go so if you can put two and two together my daughter being going on three it was less than 3 years ago that I talked to somebody about my bills that came walking up to my door with no vehicle just a clipboard and a bunch of papers on his board including my bills. Please watch out for these type of people coming to your door they do not take no for an answer apparently and that is how most of you probably do not know that you have this spark energy as your gas supplier. So you better check your consumers energy bill on a regular basis if you live in Michigan.. Saginaw Michigan at that cuz these people are ruthless they do not care they do not help you they will not help you and when you contact them repetitively they say it will be off your bill and one to three billing cycles now if I have never set anything up with you why in the hell am I on your list as being a customer to your services.? I will not ever recommend this company as a gas supplier as they do not and will not help you once things go sideways as this guy even said in the beginning of our phone call told me a different phone number that was associated with my bill that I had never had and the same number I have now to this day July 31st 2026 I have had since 2012 so something is really fishy here and I would not recommend any of their services as I'm going to have to get a lawyer regarding this matter as they just give you a runaround when they are at fault so I again do not recommend this place for your gas supplier if you are smart I would stick with consumers energy and make sure it is consumers energy that you have on your billing each and every month as this place cannot be trusted and we'll just add you to their services without your permission or knowledge...
