Best loan experience I’ve had!!
I’ve had multiple loans over the years and I have to say this was hands down the easiest transaction. Tonya and Cheyenne were amazing to work with. Their communication was great and both were very helpful and informative. I will absolutely go through Southeast again and would definitely work with Tonya and Cheyenne again. Highly recommend!

Trailer loan
Amanda did an amazing job. Very timely in responses and our loan process did not drag out a long time. She got us closed quick. It seems overwhelming at first when you look at the list of things you have to do, but it really is not hard at all.

Loan Sharks
I went to the website and filled out what they ask, IE, the amount needed, the down payment and the total of month and they quoted 7.24% for 120,144,180 and 240 months with payments ranging from $1042.96 (120mo), $925.40 (144mo), $810.82 (180m0) and $701.92 (240mo). Two days later, they said, Congragulations, you're conditionally approved, then they give the Loan shark numbers. They make it sound like they"re on your side before they hit you with a bucket of cold water in the face, per say, they came back with a loan of $84,736.29 vs what I requested of $89,877.29 and they wanted 13.95% and a down payment of $8550.00 and a documentation fee monthly of $399 and a monthly payment of $1050.64. Southeast Financial must think some people are stupid, idiots or on drugs to pay those amount. Who in their right mind would pay $252,153.60 for a $89,877.29 Motor home that's going to loose 10%-20% as soon as you drive it of the lot and give this crooked loan sharking financial institution an profit of $167417.31 plus $8550.00 down payment and a document fee of $399. So, they would actually screw me out of $176366.31 . That's almost paying two times the value of the motor home. Highly and Extremely "NOT RECOMMENDED" at all.

Southeast Financial made the process so seamless.
Southeast Financial was amazing to work with. Candace was always responsive, quick to respond, knowledgeable and patient. I had so many questions and required reassurance multiple times and she never hesitated. Cheyenne the funding Manager we worked with was also just as kind. The process was so seamless. I would definitely recommend anyone to Southeast.
