I have used Sound several times and they are always easy to deal with. In this case I needed a wheelchair on a Saturday when they were closed. They made a special trip to the office to allow me to get the chair. Wonderful customer response.

I have worked in a customer service position in retail and airline before and the frontline staff is extremely important. They are the face of the company. Dane is a great representative of excellent customer service and care. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. His explanation in the use of the equipment most appreciated at a time when most people are going through difficult circumstances.
