Best in shower transfers
I don't have words to describe how I feel. I was able to go to shower at home after 10 years. Though I have taken shower at rehabs and hospitals but never at home until I got ShowerBuddy SB1.

They had the part I needed
They had the part I needed! And they sent it to me with tracking information so I didn't have to worry if it was coming or not. However, the shipping cost was very high for such a small part ($20).

My first time with your company. I ordered a pair of shower stools and they never got shipped. No one said why until I called. Then I got an agent who was very helpful and processed a new order albeit a much higher price. I oped the boxes today and the stools are gorgeous!

Shower buddy
I love the reliability of the shower buddy. It lasts a long time and have never had any issue. This is the third chair I have bought and will continue to do so as long as they exist.

Expensive shipping cost
Part availability and customer service are good. Part cost is high, but I expect that in the DME world. What I don’t expect is high shipping cost AND it taking 10 days for parts to get to me. They should either charge less for shipping and tell me it’ll take 10 days, or charge me $40 and get the parts to me in 2-3 days. Using a broken shower chair 4 times is really taking a risk for injury, but few of us have a backup shower chair to use!!
