Outstanding Quality, Incredible Service, and Beautiful CDs!
Working with Solid Merch on my album, Covered Bridge Canyon, was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The quality of the CDs exceeded my expectations. The artwork was reproduced beautifully, the discs look and sound fantastic, and the finished product has a truly professional feel. It's obvious they take pride in the quality of their work. What impressed me even more was their customer service. Their team worked diligently with me throughout the entire process, answering questions, providing guidance, and making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted before production. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping bring my project to life. Production moved quickly, shipping was fast, and everything arrived safely packaged and in perfect condition. If you're an independent musician or anyone looking to produce high-quality CDs with a company that truly cares about its customers, I can wholeheartedly recommend Solid Merch. They helped turn my vision for Covered Bridge Canyon into something I can proudly share with listeners, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Thank you to everyone at Solid Merch for your professionalism, craftsmanship, and outstanding support!

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Product was fantastic. I got CDs done(twice). First press sold out, so I had to reorder another batch of CDs and it was as easy as clicking "reorder" to get another batch. Solid Merch has always been very helpful and responsive with any concerns/requests that I present to them. I'll continue to work with them in the future.

NAILED IT!
You Nailed It! I had a complicated 6 panel 2-CD package with intricate artwork and 2 dozen pictures. We did encounter some IT problems along the way, but they were addressed immediately. Communication was a little difficult at times, but honestly, they did call me back or respond every time I asked them to do so. In today's world, in this business, that is very very good. Looking back, even with these challenges, I've moved from a 4 star up to a 5 star rating because the end product is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It is 100% exactly what I asked them to do! I made a few upgrades that totally worked and I'm really happy about. There was no damage in shipping and they arrived a day earlier than expected! WELL DONE!
