Bad customer service
Bad customer service: I called customer service after experiencing issues with their AI analysis. After spending 15 minutes with them, they still couldn't find my account, even after providing my email address, receipt number, and the last 4 digits of my CC number. I suggest going to their competitors

Great customer service
Great customer service. I accidentally ran my picture through twice and got charged two times. I sent an emailed asking for help and was received email back quickly. Received a refund on my credit card for the second charge quickly. Thank you.

A Great Experience
