Charged More Than the Displayed Price and Threatened After Disputing the Overcharge
I booked a ticket through this website because the checkout page clearly showed that I would pay €130.76. However, I was actually charged US$156.19, which was approximately €136.08 at the exchange rate used—more than the displayed price. I contacted customer support, but they denied that I had been overcharged and refused to refund the difference. Since they would not resolve the issue, I filed a dispute with my bank, and the bank refunded the overcharged amount. After that, the company threatened to cancel my flight because I disputed the incorrect charge. This was an extremely frustrating experience. Displaying one price and charging a higher amount, then threatening customers who challenge the charge, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this website and booking with a more reputable company instead.

Bait-and-Switch Pricing — Do not trust this site.
"This site lures you in with low advertised fares, then jacks up the price. Classic bait-and-switch. Don't trust them — book elsewhere."

Clear and easy to navigate
The site had the best prices, but also an easy-to-navigate format & interface. The details were clear & easy to understand, and I appreciated that I could get a live person on the phone if needed. I also appreciate the additional traveler options (especially the baggage finder service).

I first browsed the site and looked at flights. I found a fair deal but dis not take it and went out. I received an email with information that the flight prices didn't change. I reopened the flight I looked at the next day and booked effortlessly.
