Glasses are good; they came a little bent on the left side - just enough to be a 4 out of 5. Otherwise, price was great and lenses seem good so far!

Glasses arrived 6 days after ordering, despite not paying for the fast delivery option. Looked just lile the 'virtual try on', lens and frame quality is great, lots of communication, packaged very well, picked up from lockers nearby. Excellent, will use again.

Buyer beware.. this company and vision direct are unable to provide a customer service response to my lost order. After 6 weeks in sending a pair of glasses to them they have lost them and refuse to pay compensation for the lost. Do not use for reglazing services.

I ordered a pair of glasses from them. I will give them a thumbs up because it came rather quick (2 weeks). But here is where the 1 star is coming from. They offer a 100 day return policy. I took apart of that since the glasses I received appear to be fake. The glasses I received appear to be a cheaper quality compared to my current glasses. (which are made by the same brand and have the same model number). When I reached out for a return, they agreed but they said I must use their company which is namedseko. A company which I never heard of and unsure of the legitimacy of. I reached back out asking if I can use usps and ups and would provide a tracking number for them. They declined and stated I would need to use their own company (seko) who is charging $20 for a return which I find ridiculous. Another issue I have with that is the nearest seko location is over 35+ miles away for me and I’m not willing to drive 70+ miles and waste approximately 2 hours for a return. Update: changing this to a 2 star now because since making this review, they’ve reached out to fix the issue. Not increasing it to a 3 star which they asked me to. Because of the fact that they ONLY wanted to help after making a 1 star review. Let it sit in… a company only wants to help after making customer review which could ruin their reputation or look of their company.

Firstly I had a negative impression due to the logistic partner of SmartBuyGlasses, however their support helped to solve the issue very efficiently. Moreover they offered me replacement and a gift for the issues. I would buy here more for my family as this is a very reliable place with great prices!

Hello there i ordered an item with them and bcz of delivery got late i get frustrated and when i recvd my item i dint like bcz it dint suited me and i send that item back and they co corporate with me very professional way and dealt the issue to refund my money back earlier then i was expecting and won my trust and make me there loyal customer . Bestest experience to try them randomly and become permanent customer with them. Thanks to everyone in there management team who they replied my emails with responsibly and on time.

My order DK0829187422G never arrived to me. Fedex confirmed that it has been lost and said that only sender (SmartBuyGlasses) is possible to open the claim. Moreover I purchased extra insurance from the store. Yet, still after I wrote an email on 8th of June that my order still did not arrive , they replied to me and refunded 5% of the order. Then on 10th of June I said that I still did not receive my order and then they asked me to write an official email stating that I did not receive anything. I did it as they told me , however after that no one answered to me again. It’s been more than 3 weeks as of 29th of June since they do not responding to any of my emails. I also wrote them that I have opened a chargeback through my bank. They still ignore me.

I ordered my very expensive frames and glasses 21 days ago and the order still says waiting to be shipped. The website touts fast shipping and I could have traveled to Hong Kong to get them in person faster. I'm extremely worried about ever receiving them and when I do, if they will even be authentic. It very much feels like a scam. Update: I obviously know how to check the status, as I stated, IG tells me it’s still not been shipped and that’s all it says after weeks of waiting. I provided the info that was requested.

Will have to say... had some problems in the beginning.. shipping issues refunds etc.. but they finally did do the right thing and took care of me.. Haven't received my second pair of glasses yet but will definitely review when received. So far so good with smartbuyglasses.
