Excellent DME provider.
I have had wonderful service over the past year from Sleeplay. I purchased a travel CPAP (on sale it was definitely the best price). They were helpful with answering questions and guiding me through the process, both via email and over the phone. I have continued to use them for the DME required for the unit. Easy to navigate website. Orders arrive promptly. Orders are correct. If they billed insurance I would use them for the DME supplies for my full size unit as well.

The Ozlo earbud device does not work…
The Ozlo earbud device does not work consistently, the Ozlo sleep app fails to load 9 times out of 10 on my Samsung phone. I've repeatedly reset to factory default, with unpredictable results; replies from your support "team"seem to be AI-generated--repeating phrases from my emails and offering apologies, but no resolution other than "we are working to resolve your problem"--all while the defective device remains with me, not with an actual technician. My repeated requests for a return/replacement are ignored. I'm unhappy with my Ozlo sleep buds, which have worked properly once out of three tries. The return policy is not remotely as advertised. I would love to return the defective Ozlo for a pair that may actually work.

I contacted Sleeplay 8 months ago and…
I contacted Sleeplay 8 months ago and purchased a new BiPAP headset. It did not work for me as I have O2 hooked to my BiPAP . So I returned it with a full refund offered with a new purchase from their site. Yet when I go to the site it does not show I have a credit to use.

Around february this year i needed to…
Around february this year i needed to warranty a cpap machine to them. Reached out to them and after several back and forths got it sent back to be replaced. Took over a month for the warranty to be a approved and for them to make an order for me to get a refurbished machine order was made april 29. Has never been shipped, they have been contacted and they will not respond. over 2 months later no response and no warrantied machine shipped.

Couldn’t be more disappointed
Couldn’t be more disappointed. At home test through them said 28 sleep disruptions an hour. Bought a cpap machine through another company and I have less than 0.7 an hour! No need for a machine! Not only is sleeplays communication and customer service terrible, their tests lie to profit off you hopefully buying a machine through them.
