Skylux Travel Won't fix Their Own Error
My friend and I booked airline tickets to and from Europe through Skylux Travel, talking on a 3 way phone call to "Rolo" on March 13th. Our flights were from SFO to London on 10/28 and return from Lisbon on 11/18. Several weeks ago when doing further planning of our trip, we discovered that my friend's ticket from SFO had her leaving one day sooner than mine. Skylux claims we are wrong, Rolo won't return calls and the company told us it would cost over $2,000 to rebook the flight. This is the worst 3rd party booking company ever. Why on earth would we book a 3 week trip to Europe that has us leaving San Francisco on different days??!!

The price was better than direct on line flight booking since seat selection and baggage were included.
