WARNING: Deceptive shipping fees and scam pre-plan tactics by Shane. SKY Caskets Salt City
I am an 84-year-old customer and I had a terrible experience with this company. I called to set up a pre-need contract so my wife wouldn't have to face any burdens in the future. A representative named Shane (who claims to be the CEO) completely tried to scam me by taking advantage of my budget. He fabricated a fake "$35/day storage fee" and then claimed to waive it, only to tack on an outrageous $1,602 "mileage fee" and a $395 "next-day delivery fee" for a casket that wasn't even supposed to be shipped yet! He precisely matched the total to $4,992 just to max out my budget. His deceptive sales tactics are exactly like the other 1-star reviews mentioned here. Thankfully, I realized his dishonesty and canceled my credit card before giving the CVV security code. Beware of their "free shipping" lies. Do not trust Shane. Save your family from heartbreak and stay away!

Fantastic customer service straight…
Fantastic customer service straight from the top. My order was having trouble going through and got a call from the CEO who helped me complete the purchase. Friendly, sincere and helpful, he made us feel very valued and cared for during a stressful time. Wholeheartedly recommend- wide variety of hard to find colors and styles to make the casket feel very personalized and special.

Great product, great service!
It was easy to navigate the site and find caskets in my price range. I left a message about expedited shipping on a Friday evening and still got a call back within minutes. We needed the overnight shipping and they got it to us in plenty of time. The casket we chose would have been more than double the price if we had purchased it from the mortuary. Thanks for your great service.

Pessimist turned Optomist .
I am a pessimist as well as a skeptic. I spoke with Matthew and was pleased with his calming demeanor. The purchase was extremely easy. I could not sleep until the casket arrived, and it was beautiful. It was the perfect color and made my entire family proud. Everyone is in awe and never thought of thinking outside the box...no pun intended. Purchasing a beautiful casket at a wonderful price helped with other funeral exspenses such as flowers and a grave marker. I am extremely glad that I gave it a try.

Compassion, courtesy and respect.
After a long illness, my husband was placed on hospice care and I knew the time was near. I went online and found a beautiful pine casket that I knew my husband would love as he always said. He just wanted to be buried in a good pine box. Calling the online number I left a message for a salesman to call me and gave them the detail of what I was looking for, but when I got the return call, somehow my call had been sent to the CEO of the company. After speaking with Matthew I was embarrassed and said I am so sorry I don’t know how that happened but Mr. Matthew said “wait just a minute we can work this out. You don’t have to call anyone else.“ As the casket I was hoping to purchase was in very limited in supply and I was unsure of the date that we would actually need it Mr. Matthew told me not to worry and he sent me a picture of a upgraded casket in cedar that was similar but more beautiful than the one I had chosen. He arranged for this casket to be sent to the warehouse in Orlando, which is close to where we lived so I didn’t have to worry about storage or running out of inventory. He arranged with the funeral home for delivery once the time came and I didn’t have to do another thing after that phone call. He also sold me this upgraded casket at the same price as the one that I had originally chosen. I don’t consider this a “small “ gesture, but every little gesture at this time in your life means so much more and I cannot thank Sky Caskets and Mr. Matthew more for their sincerity, going over and above making this purchase and organizing delivery at this most difficult time, an actual gesture of compassion, courtesy and respect for me and my family.

I was helping out my bonus children and…
I was helping out my bonus children and their Mom to get a casket for their Grandmother. They are struggling because there was no insurance. I reached out to Skycaskets and they went above and beyond to help me get a casket or her. i would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a truly caring company. They are getting it delivered right to the funeral home in a week.

My experience with Skycaskets was awesome! I called and they absolutely delivered. talking about a New England patriot casket, oh boy one that my son is dancing in heaven and crying at the same time. All of his family and friends were amaze. Looking for a custom casket for sport lovers, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Price was reasonable, turn around time was great. Skycaskets was fast and high quality
The ordering experience with Skycaskets was fast and the next day delivery was seamless. They made the process as painless as possible during a time that was very difficult. Rather than spend thousands more on a plain casket that did not fit the personality of my father, we saved money and got one truly fitting for the great man that he was. He even waived the per mile shipping fee for us. Really grateful!
