Sold used broken amp
I recently bought an amp and woofer enclosure. When tech came to install he noticed that auxiliary cord was broken off in amp and broken cable was also in box. He was going to charge over $100 to repair amp, or he could use RCA to run bass knob for $50. I choose that option and he installed it. It does sound good. My only issue is when I told Skar they gave me 2 options, "you can return it for a full refund, or you can submit it under warranty for a replacement". Everything is installed and they won't reimburse me for $50 fix for the broken amp. Scary part is they admitted that amp was a return and was sent out by mistake...this company is horrible and should try listening to their customers.

Great customer service (Joe)
Joe in customer support is 10/10 employee with the way he treats customers, i had a problem with the skar soundbar and he sprung into action right away and got me tooken care of in seconds and was instantly satisfied, ive spent well over 5k with this company and Joe helping me out is just another reason to continue to rep this company!

Didn't last a few months, and amp not even half powered to full rating wattage.
I bought a brand new 18 inch sub. It's stopped working in in a few short months after install. Amp wasn't even turned up to half power and the sub still blown after a good 2 month warm up on low power.. super disappointed with the customer service. They did absolutely nothing because I live in Canada. Their products are complete junk low grade quality. Backed by zero customer support. If your going to spend any time building a box or custom instal on your car. Don't waste your time with Skar products. They will let you down faster then it takes to install their products. Especially if you live outside the united states they will not provide you with any customer service what so ever. They don't even offer recone kits for their garbage speakers. The 18 inch sub barely moved any air or put out much bass either and blew without much power put to it at all. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go with a better company then this . Now I know why everyone says Skar sucks.
