I stumbled on SIMETRY by chance…
I stumbled on SIMETRY by chance googling providers that could supply me with what I was looking for. I do not normally give reviews as this "I need a pat on the back" for doing one's job is too much. But... and a Big But... hit me regarding this company... and it what we all look for when doing business. Yep - straight up customer service like it should be. They spend the time on the phone communicating with you... educating you, if you needed that like I did, explaining the process, making sure you understand what they offer, how it works, and how much it cost. It sounds a little silly to say...but it is refreshing as we all know that is not the norm anymore. What might be more impressive is on an observed holiday - they were able to get me an eSim for a client that was in dire straits. So you know multiple people were involved....not just one...so think about that. They ACTUALLY CARE about their customers. All of my business goes their way now. No questions asked. They earned it and deserve it... and I deserve it too. Old school values at SIMETRY!

Outstanding service
Our company recently started using Simetry to order and manage our Starlink accounts. Erin and the team at Simetry has went above and beyond to assist us. They worked with us to create a customized solution to manage our corporate accounts. They have an extremely efficient and intuitive customer portal. Simtery's customer service is top notch.

Positive experience
Working with Simetry has been a very positive experience. They have a solid line of connectivity products and services. We use their SIM cards for our IoT devices. Their customer service and Tech Support are very responsive and willing to help. Craig Myron has been extremely helpful.

We opened an account with Symmetry…
We opened an account with Symmetry specifically because they offered 30-day iPad data plans that automatically shut off after 30 days. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple conversations with their team—and even written confirmation that they understood the plans were supposed to auto-terminate after 30 days—we repeatedly find ourselves being charged ongoing monthly fees for lines that should already be shut off. These lines often have no usage at all, yet the billing continues. Each time we bring it up, we’re told it will be fixed, but the same issue keeps happening again and again. For a business that relies on predictable billing for rentals, this kind of bait-and-switch billing practice is unacceptable. After dealing with this multiple times, I cannot recommend Symmetry to other businesses looking for reliable short-term data plans.

Great team.
Victoria is a real go getter and great salesperson, and Josh Fontenot provides stellar support! Now... the complaint. Why have a contract for every sale? The quote is accepted when a PO is issued, that's the contract.

Autonomous Ag Drones
We use sim cards for our autonomous agricultural spray drones. Simetry provided us with a couple of sim cards to test and they work as good or better than the ones we were paying much more for. We are in the process of changing all of our sim cards to Simetry. Their ability to bundle multiple sim cards under one data plan is very helpful. Oh, and the service and respect you get from the staff is excellent.

Best solution for the right price!
