Allegedly UPS could not deliver my order to my condo complex. UPS delivers here daily, but they sent a msg that they could not deliver my SIDESHOW item to me?What seems to be the issue?

Absolutely love this item Bubo bring back so many memories. The first time I seen clash of the titans at Laura McCartney's 10 birthday party. Her mum put the video on after we sat down and ate sandwiches and had cake. Then when Medusa got her head cut off and she fell over and the blood came out which looked like ketchup to me personally. Her mum jumped up. Stop the video and had a debate with her husband whether we could carry on watching it or not 🤣. Thankfully it continued. Shout out to the legend Ray Harryhausen. I bought the deluxe with the option to have the wings expanded but at present Bubo nestles between my Kraken bust and the Cyclops bust from The 7th voyage of Sinbad

I can't say enough nice things about…
I can't say enough nice things about this company. This is the one big difference between Sideshow and most other companies. This company seems to really following a blueprint that makes the customers feel like they really matter besides the fact that they're in business to make money. That being said you will be hard pressed to find a better run company that puts the customers first. Well done,

Lifesize Stitch figure
(This is not a product review.) Ordering was simple. Product I ordered was of the highest quality. Shipping was faster than expected. The box I received was pretty banged up. The extra thick cardboard box it was shipped in definitely help protect the product packaging inside which was perfect. "Thanks packing team! Lol" All in all, my experience could not have been any better. I've always been amazed by their products. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

Sideshow is one of my go to's for a lot…
Sideshow is one of my go to's for a lot of my collectibles. I appreciate the payment plan, although sometimes I wish there was a longer time frame because some drops come in 3, 4, 5 figures. Otherwise, I've never had any issues with condition of product nor shipping. Vendor is highly recommended.

Sideshow products are of great material and very affordable, they are durable and provides a great purchase experience. Red Hulk figure is a great depiction of the movie, it’s a great addition to any collection. Shipping was fast and packaging was secure.

Smooth. Clear web page. Nice discount for veterans (please add it for preorders!). Quick ship. Nice rewards. Glad statue "respected" my available shelf space. Lots of parts and all slotted right in (good job on the Sideshow video). There were a few paint details on the "torn" costume that were not done well.

Trustworthy and fast shipping, be wary of the high customs clearance price for deliveries outside of the U.S though. I have ordered many times from them in the past and was never disappointed their collectibles are top tier quality.

Sword design lacking and arrived loose
Sword arrived packaged well, as always, but several things were a miss with this product, most out of Sideshow's hands. Several pieces along the handle were loose with play and would rattle, including the pommel, one of the spiked rings on the handle, and one of the skulls at the end of the crossguard. If the sword were ever picked up it would be blatantly obvious that the quality just isn't there. The metal in the handle also lacks different materials, textures, and colors. There is no attempt in this sword to accent with brass/gold etc and the abundance of colorless polished metal is boring and looks unfinished. Though the handle has a real leather wrap (which looks too clean in my opinion), they opted for brown painted plastic to attempt look like leather on the crossguard. The weight is also outrageous, barely able to be handled with two hands.

Beware Your Shipping Address
After waiting for the customary 7 days, I find that the delivery was to the wrong address. Customer Service instructed me to go (all the way) back to said address & see about retrieving it. From a place I haven't been to in 8 years? Basically, 10 days after the fact? The end of the email was punctuated with telling me (paraphrased) they're not doing anything, so eat it (hyperbolic, but you get the idea). So, I'm out a lot of money & frustrated. Hell, I should have gone to a strip bar. At least there I could see it front & live. Not to mention being within a whisp of air of touching it. Now I'm scared to death the 2 other (EXPENSIVE) preordered items are going to get the same treatment. I'm starting to think I should go back to eBay & take my chances with that lottery win. At least there I know I'll receive "something" in the mail.
