If there was an option to rate Mango’s online experience as ZERO, I would. Absolutely terrible shopping experience online. Order a number of items online, got promised a delivery date, then two weeks later no update, nothing. Finally checked Royal Mail tracking and now it says the items are returned to the sender because the address wasn’t recognised. Not only I was not contacted about this prior to delivery, I would not have even known this, unless I checked the status myself. Customer services absolutely useless, submitted a query last week, haven’t heard back from them. And judging by other reviews here, I’m up for a ride now trying to get a refund from them. Would not recommend anyone ordering online and won’t ever reorder from them again.

No Delivery No Refund

Second time ordering and exactly the same issue will never order again. Say item is shipped but Royal Mail not received. They just send you a tracking number to say the have sent but Royal Mail says "we are expecting it". This has happened both times I ordered and they ignore requests for a refund for non delivery.

Avoid shopping online from Mango

Avoid shopping online from Mango if there's any chance you'll need to return something. I ordered several items that didn't fit and requested a return well within the allowed return period. The courier never showed up to collect the package, and despite contacting Mango customer service multiple times, nothing was resolved. I was repeatedly given automated responses and a case number, but no one actually addressed the problem. When I went to the courier company myself, they explained they couldn't help without a return AWB from Mango. The only alternative was paying to ship the package to Spain at my own expense, even though the failed return process was entirely on Mango's side. I contacted Mango within the return window, but after more than three months of emails, I still haven't received a solution or my refund. The items were never worn, still had their tags attached, and some were still in their original packaging. I've been a loyal Mango customer for years, but this experience completely changed my opinion of the brand. Good products mean very little when customer service disappears the moment something goes wrong.

AVOID PURCHASES ONLINE!!! awful returns experience online. i love mango clothing but had only ever bought in store and as they have stores i assumed ordering online would be fine however i returned 2 items mid june and still yet to receive a refund or even a email saying they received my return dispite me contacting them multiple times. On the app it says my returns window has expired and has cancelled my return even though i sent both items back. i now have neither the items or my money. highly disappointed and doubt i will ever receive a refund.

They lie about stock

They lie about stock, don't tell you until they've shipped the rest of your order. There customer service turn off the chats without reason and it's ai is useless. What modern business can't keep it's website updated with actual stock in the warehouse

I placed an order two weeks ago to be delivered to the store. Two weeks later and my order is still nowhere to be seen. I’m a first time customer to Mango. Their clothes seem nice but when a company has zero customer service it really puts you off going back to a retailer.

I ordered 3 items ( 2 jumpsuits and

I ordered 3 items ( 2 jumpsuits and. Pair of earrings) on July 5th and cancelled the order shortly after. The total was 190.96. They to date have only refunded 100.02 dollars as they broke the order into 2 orders and have yet to refund me the difference of 90.94, despite repeated email and customer service calls. i have now had to dispute through my bank after 15 days. Horrible customer service and I will never purchase from them again.

The worst return service

The worst return service I’ve ever encountered. Don’t buy from Mango; you won’t get your money back if you return anything. I learned this the hard way. No one answers you—it’s pointless to write to them. They suck.

Absolutely awful customer service—if…

Absolutely awful customer service—if you can even call it customer service. There is no way to speak to a real person; I just keep receiving the same automated responses over and over again. My parcel was never delivered, yet they keep telling me to return the item before they’ll issue a refund. How am I supposed to return something I never received? I’ve now lost £60, which is a lot of money for me, and I still have no product and no refund. It feels like I’ve been completely let down, with no genuine effort to resolve the issue. If anyone has managed to get their money back in a situation like this, I’d really appreciate your advice because I don’t intend to just let this go. Customers deserve better than being ignored and left out of pocket.

Awful Refund Experience, Had to Use PayPal to Get My Money Back

I was extremely disappointed with Mango's returns and refund process. After returning my item, I waited far longer than expected for my refund and received very little communication regarding the status of my return. To make matters worse, Mango's AI customer service is terrible. It repeatedly failed to address my issue, provided generic responses, and made it difficult to get the support I actually needed. Instead of helping to resolve the problem, it simply added to the frustration. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, the issue remained unresolved. In the end, I had no choice but to raise a claim through PayPal to recover my money. As soon as PayPal became involved, the matter was finally addressed, which suggests Mango could have dealt with the refund much sooner. Customers should not have to rely on a third party to receive money they are owed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, ineffective AI support, and failure to process my refund in a timely manner made what should have been a simple return unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Based on this experience, I will never shop with Mango again and would think twice before recommending them to others. There are plenty of retailers that value their customers and handle returns professionally. Unfortunately, Mango did not do so in my case.

I made a purchase but didn't receive the order. I returned it online and received the receipts, but I haven't received the refund. It's been 3 months. I sent an email and received no response. I tried contacting them, but nobody answers.

Their return process is a joke

Their return process is a joke. Not only was it harder than it should have been to process the return, it has been 10 days since I sent back the return and I have received no communication or refund. When I tried calling the AI agent hung up on me twice. I am so over shopping with them.

Customer service is just bot after bot

Customer service is just bot after bot. Even when it promises to transfer you to a human….it turns out to be a bot. Im currently stuck with a faulty item that i don’t want to be forced to go into London just to return in store or pay for the return of. But that is currently my only option as i cannot speak to a human. I am left out of pocket and left with an unwearable item

Return - no refund - reorder - mouldy delivery

I requested a return and waited and waited...it's been over month after the order was collected from my address - no feedback provided no refund, no communication - just silence for a quite an expensive items. But before the month lapsed, and in fear the item might run out before the return is complete, silly me went and repurchased the items in the right size - then received the second item with mould it. 2 months later I've spent 6000 ZAR for 2 jackets - I have one with mould and another just floating around somewhere. No refund, compl;etely ignored by customers services. I will NEVER use this service again. Not only that, I will tell anyone and everyone who is willing to listen to boycott this sham of a store. Hell, if they don't believe they can always come here and view the reviews themself. Sies!

No customer service and no return of money

If you have to return an item - good luck getting your money back!!!! Its been nearly a month now since I returned the item. There is no such thing as customer service. Its really frustrating and laughable that they are able to get away with it!

Delayed refund over a month

I returned two items in the same parcel** using the Royal Mail return label provided by Mango. The parcel was delivered back to them on 16th June 2026, but weeks later I was still chasing my refund back and forth emails by customer service not reading my emails. Despite providing the tracking information and proof of return multiple times, I kept receiving responses asking for the same information again, with no acknowledgement that both items had been returned together. After several emails, Mango finally processed the refund for one item only, while completely ignoring the outstanding refund for the second item. Each reply appeared to overlook the details I had already provided, meaning I had to repeat myself over and over. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing money they are owed for returned items. The lack of communication, failure to properly investigate the return, and the amount of time wasted following up has been extremely frustrating. I hope Mango resolves the outstanding refund promptly, but based on my experience, the returns and customer service process needs significant improvement.

I ordered online with pick-up in store…

I ordered online with pick-up in store in June 10 and even today July 14 i havent receive my order. I wrote many times on Customer service and no reply until now. I have not seem this horrible services.
