Lost shipment, no replacement
Item was shipped to my local post office and was returned. I had another order that was placed the nest day and it arrived with no issue, same address. I filed a claim and was contacted by a representative to confirm the address to complete the order. It's been 20 days and still no order or refund.

ShirtSpace is a Rock Star!
I’ve always had a great experience with ShirtSpace. Easy to find the items on the website and the checkout process is easy. The one thing I would love to see as an option is overnight delivery or at least 2 day air. I’ve gone to another supplier that provides this as an option when im in a crunch.

Shipping a blocker for small orders
Just going to be direct as an individual buyer who just wanted a couple of shirts, I can't imagine I can ever get to a place where this is profitable for me or a good price with $10 shipping. Maybe if there was $5 shipping as long as we spent at least 30 bucks or something along those lines, I could be incentivized to make another midsize order. Just something to keep in mind if you're attempting to focus on individual sales as opposed to bulk.

Very easy shopping and we have loved the clothing we have received. I have only had one item I was not pleased with but it was not due to quality. The sizing just did not fit for what we were looking for. Customer service was very easy to work with for returning. We always love coming here to purchase our clothing for our business and our customers love what we pick out.

Trash
Trash. Pay pal autofilled the wrong shipping address. Noticed immediately. Unable to edit shipping details even withing seconds of order. Called next day at opening time and they could change or cancel. UPS gave me the runaround and said shirtspace would needed to change. THEY NEED A 5 minute window with AN EDIT SHIPPING BUTTON. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the issue resolved.
