The suitcase made it to our destination…
The suitcase made it to our destination and home again in the designated time frame. My only complaint was that it was very dirty after the trip home. It looked like it had been dragged on the floor.

Customer service is extremely…professional
Customer service is extremely excellent. I had called a few times with various questions. They pick up immediately and we’re able to answer my questions professionally and extremely nice. The boxes came perfectly. Nothing broke. They came on time delivered and picked up right on Target.

Just What We Needed
We needed to ship eight boxes of books. Shipgo was FABULOUS--from the customer service, to the pickup, to the delivery. I was shocked to receive my boxes five days early. Yay! A couple boxes were a little beat up (likely, due to the rains on the East Coast), but nothing that damaged the contents.

This is my second time using ShipGo, and once again, I had a great experience. My box arrived in just 3 days, exactly as promised, and everything inside was intact and in perfect condition. "The service was fast and completely satisfactory. My sister was originally planning to drive 2 to 3 hours just to drop off her bag, but to her pleasant surprise, ShipGo picked it up directly from her remote location! She didn't need to travel at all. Truly an excellent service!"

GSo Simple, great Value!
I looked at several online shipping websites to send Skis from the US to Europe and back. ShipGo was the least expensive and the process was so simple. They truly were the best value from any of the websites.

From start to finish , it was seamless . Booking was made on the phone and the lady who took the booking offered the $20 discount that I didn’t know about . Without the discount, it was $69 ! Thank you so much!

Really impressed with this experience
Really impressed with this experience. We shipped eight suitcases from Los Angeles to Washington DC and the entire process was super easy. Brought the suitcases to FedEx, they took care of everything, and then our suitcases even arrived across the country a day early.
