Great service!
After sales service is excellent with issues dealt with by competent people in a timely manner, i.e. they jump on it straight away! Very reassuring with such a large investment that you have a team of experts right behind you.

Management of Sub contractors
I'm not sure if Shenton have their own engineers or are they a management company, I've never had a maintenance contract where so many sub contractors are used. Refuelling, fuel polishing, faults, call outs, remedial works all by sub contractors, I may as well go direct and save.

No service was done only an inspection, I was lead to believe the money I gave you up front was for a service, £1800 is very expensive for a inspection

What do you need in case of emergency!
We had an emergency with one of our generators, and they were fantastic; they responded quickly, sorted out the issue, and clearly explained what had gone wrong. During their regular service visit, their technician Joseph was great too. He was very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain what was recommended, and offered a few different options to choose from. Shenton is a really professional and reliable company, great service every time! Vittorio

Outstanding service in the generator world
Having suffered 16 inches of flood water throughout our retail furnishings store, we were in desperate need for power, as all had been knocked out. Having enquired with Shenton about hiring a trailer based generator on Saturday morning, we had one installed within hours, enabling us to run 8 commetcial dehumidifiers and 7 Aquavacs without disruption. Well done Shenton you excelled and saved us days in our drying out process, while waiting for mains to come back on. Thankyou

O how refreshing it was to deal with a company for the first time, who were professional and understanding in every way. The engineer battled the weather/traffic up from the south coast on a Friday afternoon and investigated thoroughly and resolved our generator problem !! Thank You
