I had a horrid experience with this site. I was trying to renew a blood pressure medication for my mother-in-law who is visiting us and ran out of her prescription. So I contaced a doctor here and he agreed to send a prescription to a local pharmacy here in NY. When I went to the pharmacy, they told me that he sent an invalid prescription, that was not recognized in NY state. However, the pharmacist tole me, if the doctor himself called, they would give me the prescription. I called the company, messaged it and emailed it begging the doctor to please call the pharmacy and gave them the number. No dice. Instead they sent it to Amazon Pharmacy where it got lost in the administrivia and sent my pharmacy a cancellation form, instead of a simple call which would have gotten me the prescription. So now I've spent over an hour on the phone with Amazon Pharmacy trying to get this straightened out where they could have just resolved it simply with a 2 minute phone call to the pharmacy. And they should also note that they are not giving prescriptions that are valid in NY state.
The Dr was warm and listened to my issues, and addressed my needs, then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. We both agreed that a prescription for steroids would help transition me through to my next appt. The appt was easy and effective saving me time and money.
Dr Benjamin Jantzi is great! I’m epileptic and came to the US with no medical support, unsure of what to do or where to go. Dr Jantzi took the time to go over my medical and medication history and included a referral to assist me with finding appropriate neurological care in NY. He encouraged me to reach out if I need further support, which made me feel at ease and listened to: exactly how a patient should feel when attending doctor appointments!👍🏻
I have hypothyroidism and searched up an online doctor that could help specialize in that since I need something other than LEVO because it’s not working. I paid 50$ and the provider didn’t care said she’ll just up my dose can’t prescribe any other medicine that she doesn’t specialize in that. Like I could have gotten that from my regular doctor for free. I told her that my joints are in pain from the hypo if she can give anything even non opioid. She said no to continue taking my Tylenol and ibuprofen. I was so upset crying, and they said they can’t refund me. Please don’t go here they just want your money and don’t care about your health.

I paid over $100 for a 15 minute consultation with a supposed mental health therapist. She continually interrupted me and gave me the impression that it was more important to get me to continue doing sessions than it was to find the right medicine, 0/10 this business is extremely shady, they need to be reported
Dr. Tarugu asked detailed questions and based on our discussion she suggested I get blood work done for my thyroid to see if there are any issues. In all the time that I was going to my primary care doctor she NEVER suggested that my thyroid be checked. I appreciate the detailed discussion and suggestions Dr. Tarugu had for me.
I had a good experience with the doctors and getting prescription is fast and easy. The reason for low rating is the companies bad policy. I got enrolled into their annual plan at $300/year, was unable to use it beyond 4 months and went to cancel it. Upon calling the company they say they do not offer partial refund. And I asked well can I use it for the remained of the 12 months, they said no because you have cancelled you would have to pay again. Absolutely unprofessional and crazy policy. Even the customer service rep thought it was stupid. This is how companies are getting away with fraud these days. READ THE SUPER SMALL PRINT AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN unless you intend to use it for 12 months.

I have had repeated horrible experiences with this company. Every interaction is full of extra friction and requires you as a patient to actively manage every aspect. Setting a followup appointment - you'll need to email support and they will send you a link that can do that. Getting a prescription? Again - you'll need to contact support and they will call you back at their convenience. You can only imagine how frustrating it is to cancel. Furthermore the medicine they were sending me was counterfeit and ineffective. I have been on this prescription before and it was very effective - but this shady company is sending out fakes. They also have intentionally obfuscated key details about prescriptions in their tool making it virtually impossible to debug dosage issues with a provider. In an evolved society this company would have been shut down long ago. But in this post-capitalist hellscape they thrive - congratulations America.
Matthew is a professional and great dr very informative and great for diagnosing your issues he asks alot of questions then prescribes the best medication for the symptoms he has great bedside manners he is my go to and understands my health issues I would definitely recommend him
