I was looking for a PSU for an older computer. The website was very easy to maneuver and they had the part at a fair price. I had the pleasure of working with Chris on my order. Courteous and knowledgeable. He checked with me through the whole process and after the part was installed. Excellent service and product.

I recently purchased product friom your firm using an online method for ordering. The ordering was easy and quick with a follow up from Jasmine Cole. She ask me to confirm that I was ordering refurbished product and when I told her I was not she went to work to line up new material, hold pricing and save what was destined to be a canceled order when she first reach out to me with the word refurbished. Jasmine was quick, efficient and especially helpful in every way as she interacted with me. She was a blessing to me and she was a blessing to your firm in the way she represented you. As a customer, I wish every company had a Jasmine Cole to help me with ordering. I will definitely consider your firm the next time I purchase technical/electrical equipment. Keep up the good work.

Pleasantly Surprised
Bought a refurbished monitor and was pleasantly surprised when it came with a stand and all the cables needed. I was just expecting the monitor itself. Ben Rover checked in with me to make sure I was taken care which I appreciate greatly! I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Server Blink will pull a bait and…
Server Blink will pull a bait and switch on you if you order from them. Items will show in stock and read to ship... then contact you after and say they have to ship it from somewhere else and try to charge you additional $$$ for it. Essentially, none of their low prices are real. You will pay the same or more than elsewhere. Poor business practice. Just stay clear.

the part I ordered was the correct one, but I paid for Fed-Ex ground shipping, and it was shipped through the Unites States Post Office, it too over a week to get it, I needed it sooner. But my experience with your company was otherwise very satisfactory.

Jasmine, the associate was extremely polite, knowledgeable and attentive to our request. Not only did she provide the specific power supply required for my unit, she was able to extend the warranty from 30 days to 90 days. She remained involved with the transition from date of purchase to date of delivery. The power supply was received timely as specified. Based on my interactions with Jasmine, she seems to be a very conscientious associate that puts thoroughness into her work. I will most definitely purchase items from this company in the future if the need arises.

Great service, check your junk mail
Great service once I dug their emails out of my junk mail. They had called after a few days of me not responding to their emails. Their emails to me wanting me to confirm my order were getting flagged by Microsoft and going straight to the junk folder. I informed them of this once I marked their emails as not junk.
