Excellent Customer Care Service!!!
Had an issue with my shipment (wrong size was sent) contacted Customer Service and explained my issue… was handled promptly and was resolved within a few moments! This is our second time purchasing from you guys and I recommend your product whenever possible!!! Thanks again for treating me like a person! You offer a good product at very compedetive price , the delivery is fast and reliable , I ordered a unit and it arrived without the installation kit . FirstI thought that part of the order was not deliveted. But later found out that I had bought a unit without an installation kit . If I may suggest , it would be helpful if the website was more clear on what is included.

The Senville products are…by far the best available, for many reasons.
The Senville products are extraordinary. I've had three Senville systems in my homes and the present Leto 36,000 b.t.u. cools my entire 4,000 sq. ft. down to 64 degrees in Salt Lake City when it's 112 outside. It's cooling capacity is amazing, and it's also a heat pump for winter heating. And, their agents have been more than generous, very professional and immediate in their assistance. 5 stars for sure and for years I couldn't be more satisfied. P.S. I never write reviews for products I buy. :-)

Customer care finally responded
I notified customer care about damage found to outdoor unit after unpacking and no one has bothered to respond. 1. Bunch of aluminum fins smashed in back where temp sensor attaches 2. Surface dent to upper front which hopefully won't effect it's operation! Shipping box did not indicate dent was caused in shipment... Update: CC has finally responded and are aware of the dent to the the front of Outdoor unit case. I simply wanted them to be aware in case there was a functional issue, there was not at this time. Timely responses helps indicate that "customer care" cares. A stipend for the stress would have been nice Love their products, this is my second mini split.

Purchase, delivery, installation.
Purchase was easy, fast shipping and packaged well. Installed in 1 day with the help from a Licensed HVAC friend. Recommend to have a licensed professional perform the installation or at minimum oversee the installation. So far it’s performing as expected and satisfied with the purchase.

My 4-ton system arrived
My 4-ton system arrived, but had concealed damage. Senville was quick to respond with options to remedy the situation. This is the 4th system I have purchased from Senville and they never let me down when there were issues. When the Fed-Ex freight driver delivered the replacement unit, he even exclaimed that on other deliveries he was told about Senville's great customer service!

Very nice unit for the money
Very nice unit for the money, install is not intended for beginers, especially with very vague instructions. Very happy with the quiet operation and nice airflow. Free delivery is great. I have only had 2 weeks but will likely buy senville again.

This is the 5th system I've purchased
This is the 5th system I've purchased. This one I put in my coffee trailer ( 8.5x21) and it works GREAT. Even on 76 with the fan going it feeels very cool in there. I can't wait to see how it does in the winter!
