Aurellia's response time to my email was fast, helpful and so polite. She was able to point me in the right direction. Each time I have emailed asking for help the response time is amazing and I always get my question answered. Thank's everyone for your help.

Very quick response. When one person wasn’t positive on their answer they immediately went to another with more experience with that field

Their level of customer service and prompt response time was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. This is becoming harder to come by in this day and age.

Excellent responsiveness and service. They also have a wealth of educational videos and helpful home page for their customers. Although I just onboarded with them, it has thus far been a very good experience.

All good but I’m disappointed that Sense no longer handles my 1099-R generation and submission to IRS.
