We can’t thank your company enough for the peace of mind and your help for my Mother and Mother in Law in the times of need. We also have a neighbor using your service at this time. Your customer service was wonderful, the emergency staff was wonderful and we would highly recommend your company. Thank you so much.

The first time I tested it - it worked fine! All I had to do was plug it in🙂 A woman answered and took additional information from me for their records. She was professional and friendly.

Their people are terrific. Spent lots of time explaining everything over the phone as I had many questions. Equipment arrived within a few days and works perfectly. I feel not only protected by my bracelet, but protected by the people who work there.
