Refuses to refund my money even though I haven't received the service. If you work with incompetent scammers, that's your problem, not mine. Apparently, the contract is now terminated. Let's see if they try to debit my account again.

I told you guys that i paid 10 euros and didn't receive anything. I got my 10 euros refunded, but you also subtract 10 euros worth of coins from my acount. And now I am in the negative of coins. I explained my situation multiple times, I would think that you would get it after that.

Do NOT give them money. If you have an issue, they will not give you a refund. There was an error while I was making a purchase and they refuse to give my money back. I never got a receipt for this purchase either. They refuse to escalate to a manager. This was the Monopoly Go game. After spending hundreds of dollars I will be deleting the app. I refuse to support a game that doesn’t back their product.

I have been waiting for a response from support for 4 days now (since Saturday, July 18th) and I am being completely ignored. I keep getting a "VPN or suspicious device behavior detected" error on the offerwall, which is 100% a false positive. I am playing on an iPhone and I DO NOT use any VPN in the game. I have previously completed gaming tasks and offers through Xsolla without a single issue or violation. Everything was working perfectly until this system glitch! I reached out to support, provided all the details, and got ZERO help while being completely blocked from accessing offers and progressing in my game. What kind of customer service is this?! Everywhere cheaters and the support abo funktion activated themself and after contact they dont refound. I have activated pause on abo and they activate by themselfs. Never ever again its waste of money. Anti cheat is useless.
