Do not pay for priority shipping
I paid for priority shipping but did not receive the item until a week later. I did not receive a refund. I am sure they have the best intentions but they are resellers, without inventory. Shipping is out of their control.

Setting up billing was cumbersome
Setting up billing was cumbersome. Ended up using a credit card which didn't appear to be an option before placing the order. Prices were great and shipping was prompt.

Great Customer Service
Customer Service was great. They were quick to answer all questions and get the product shipped out. No complaints except for shipping costs, but that can't be helped. Easy shopping experience overall.
