I cut a variety of wood logs to make blanks for turning on a lathe. These blades cut through the all of these with ease.

I am a hobbiest, and do not fabricate for a living. All I can say is that I wish that I had bought a good metal chop saw, instead. After limited use, my Trajan 125 saw is dead, and my also blade snapped. It worked ok while it did, but cutting is slow, but good. Compared to a good metal chop saw such as an Evolution, the Trajan is very slow. Sure, the Trajan band saw is quieter and throws less metal, but that's the only advantage that I see. A good chop saw cuts very clean and fast. If you're a fabricator, the chop saw makes more sense. Plus, you can get WAY more cuts out of chop saw blade before it fails you. Not so with a band saw. I learned this the hard and expensive way. Finally, there are very few useful online videos on the Trajan 125; not even a video showing you how to change a blade. You just have to figure it out, yourself. This tells me that there aren't a lot of real users out there. Most probably have a chop saw or are modifying/re-engineering some Harbor Freight junk. Sometimes, I think I should have just went with the Harbor Freight junk; at least I would expect it to fall apart before its time.

Blades are high quality. I have tried Timberwolf and other brands and find saw blade.com blades to be the best of the ones I have tried. I have directed several people to their blades and they have told me they have same experience. Highly recommend.

Good product (Black Iron bandsaw guides) and delivery as promised. Rather expensive but seem excellent quality. Guides were mounted so as to fit straight onto my Laguna bandsaw without modification.

Only my second purchase from sawblade.com and the second was just as good as the first. Great Customer Service, quick delivery, and fair pricing. They’re earning my continued support.

The blades for my Timber King 1220 work and fit good. My only complaint is that the blades have to be turned inside out in order for the teeth to run the correct direction. This is a stiffer blade than the timber king blade and kinda hard for an old man to do by himself. Also more difficult to re-coil.

Two of the blades we received had issues that relate to quality control. 1 blade was too long for our saw and can not be used. Another blade was welded with the loop the wrong way. Teeth are facing up when installed on our Grizzley saw.

As of 2026, I have purchased 2 blades from SawBlade.com. As a hobbyist, I use the Q601 Series M42. ( 10/14 tooth, 3/4 wide ) It is mounted on a horizontal band saw with a coolant system. I use for many different types of Steel.

Lightning fast turnaround time. QSAW Carbide Triple Chip is an amazing performer and it takes away the monotony of bandsaw cutting.

I have been using the Q906 blades on my band mill for several months. Most of the bands cut well but I have had problems with consistency of set on the teeth. Some bands have been under on the set resulting in the blade wandering in the cut. Another problem is that all of the bands are welded backwards and need to be reversed in order to use them. Not a big issue until you grind and reset teeth. Then the left/right set of the teeth is backwards and need to set in the opposite direction which causes undue stress on the teeth. I have had some cracks show up due to this stress. I have never seen a band mill that discharges to the right while standing at the operators position yet all their bands have been welded to support that configuration.

The quality of the roller guide kit I purchased for my Laguna 14-12 bandsaw was awesome. Ordering was easy and the product was delivered when they said it would. Installation was also simple and the guidance provided (written instructions and available video) was easy to understand. Since installation, I have roughed out 40 red oak and black walnut bowl blanks. The blade tracked straight!
