Easy to navigate
It is great to navigate with no prior experience. Easy to connect to and the process is fast. I like SALT because of quick loan helping to accumulate more assets.

I thought the loan process took way to long to do
I thought the loan process was more difficult than it needed to be. If the loan processor explained what he needed better for required paper work, it wouldn't have taken so long to process the loan.

May take more time than you expected
My previous experience with bitcoin lending had been through LEDN. I never had a problem with LEDN, but I wanted to give SALT a chance so that I would have a basis for comparison in the future. SALT’s rates are lower, so I wanted to give it a try. My only criticism of SALT is that the process for the first loantook longer than I was led to believe from the promotional emails I received after I first downloaded the app. I thought it would only take 48 hours to get funded, but in fact it took longer than a week. That was fine for me this time because I was not in a rush, but any new customer should have realistic expectations that it may take some time to pass KYC and complete all of the documentation before a loan is actually funded. Keep this in mind, and you may be fully satisfied.

My experience with Salt Lending thus far is nothing but the greatest. Support is legendary. The application is a easy grip for non technical like myself. Staff is knowledgeable and a good listener!!

Love the streamlined process
Love the streamlined process of starting and refinancing a loan. Keeps my assets very liquid and able to pull out equity quickly if I need to.

SALT is great
SALT is great. I've used multiple products with them and multiple different variations of those products. Their response time to questions or applications is stellar. It has to be among the best in the industry because it's almost immediate. Perhaps not weekends but business day responses fantastic. I've had multiple intraday Communications via email for instance when I had a question. But you don't even need to have direct communication via email or phone to get a loan fund it with collateral and receive your funds in the manner you request, because all of that is handled well with their easy to navigate website that does all the heavy lifting for you and steers you in the right direction with multiple tabs to tell you all the details of your particular application or loan.

I was able to talk to a representative…
I was able to talk to a representative and setup live meetings. It made me feel comfortable to take the next step and get a bitcoin backed loan. The platform is easy to use and you can understand where the status of your loan and actions one needs to take to keep loan in healthy stage. As a bitcoin holder, it's hard to trust any institution with your bitcoin. Salt has a longer track record than other institutions.

Real SALT Lending customer service was always prompt, helpful, and professional whenever I had actual interactions with them. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because 1) I didn’t find their app. as easy and intuitive to use as one would expect. 2) when experiencing trouble using their app. I was unable to call a customer service number and just simply speak to a real person, but had to use AI chat or email which is time consuming and frustrating when attempting to take out a large loan or simply get set-up to do so.

Financed a home purchase
I came to SALT Lending with a goal of taking out a large loan to self-finance an all-cash home purchase. They were awesome to work with, extremely attentive and answered every question that I had usually within minutes over email. I couldn't be more thankful to have chosen this company. I highly recommend their service!

DID THE RESEARCH, SALT’s The BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I researched all the bitcoin loan companies, and SALT was the Best by far! Had the easiest to navigate website, established for over a decade, had a California Resident incentive, & specialized in bitcoin. Next step, I called & got the head of Lending live on the phone.🔥 Trevor was simply excellent! He answered my questions and nicely explained the whole thing. Such an expert, Love that!! Next, I downloaded their App and did an easy sign up, uploaded my ID & some California info; took less than an hour. The funds hit my bank account the next day. 10 out of 10…would highly recommend. The App is actually a pleasure to check in with. Low interest rate, you can refi, borrow more when the BTC chart goes up, lots of advantages. 5 Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
