4 channel 5v usb relay purchase
I purchased a 4 channel 5v usb relay, When I received it and prepared to install it, I realized I should have ordered a 12v relay. Not only did they refund my purchase price but they told me to keep the board . This very kind gesture on their part added to my pleasure of doing business with Sainsmart, After I had ordered the board, I had some very useful and friendly conversations with the sales rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have been looking through their web site and I would certainly order from this company again. Keith
