I had a issue where I thought I deleted my ESIM
I had a issue where I thought I accidentally deleted my travel eSIM profile during setup. I contacted customer support via live chat and was connected with Norah within seconds. She was super friendly, extremely patient, and helped me figure out the correct settings step by step. Everything was resolved super quickly! Excellent service, 10/10 recommendation for Saily! 🙌 Appreciate the help!

Coverage in only 5 dots in the whole country
Got one for Namibia. Spent a half hour chatting with support. They sent me a map with the coverage in Namibia - 5 orange dots in just the capital. Not even 1% of Namibia. Thought it was ridiculous that they are selling an eSIM for Namibia.

Really happy with Saily in Turkey
Really happy with Saily in Turkey! The eSIM was very easy to set up, and the connection was fast and reliable throughout my trip. It was super convenient to have mobile data right away without having to buy a physical SIM card. Everything worked exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend Saily to anyone traveling to Turkey! 🇹🇷📱

Easy app
Paying and finding what fit me was pretty easy. The app is super easy to navigate and the information it gave felt meaningful. Haven't used the app enough to give it 5 stars though.
