Needed A Battery Replacement…

I recently needed a battery replacement for my Gucci watch and happened to stop by Sage jewelers— I’m so glad I did! Mark assisted me and replaced the battery quickly and efficiently with no hassle. While I was there, I also enjoyed chatting with both Mark and John. They were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, and by the time I left, I knew I had found my go-to jeweler. I was also impressed by the wide selection— they truly have something for everyone. In fact, I already spotted something special and plan to return to treat myself soon! If you’re looking for a jeweler with fair prices, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Sage jewelers. You won’t be disappointed.

Wedding ring

I have waited 6 years to get my wedding ring fixed because I did not want to send it away, I was so happy to find out that Sage jewelers does everything at their location! I am so pleased with the results I cried!!! Definitely going to continue to be a customer at Sage Jewelers!

Wonderful experience

I had heard from friends what a wonderful store this is, and I was not disappointed. Their selection is unsurpassed and if you are looking for a new watch, Sage Jewelers is the place to visit. They have a great selection of jewelry, but the real highlight is that it’s a watch lover’s dream.

Great Customer Service

I have been going to Sage Jewelers for quite some time. I have purchased jewelry from there and had many repairs, sizing, and cleanings done. I was going to pick up my sized rings. They closed at 5 pm and I was stuck in traffic. They waited for me. I was so happy as I do not live close. I applaud them for their customer service. Their repair work is quality and done in a reasonable time frame.

Beautiful jewelry, Excellent Service

I’ve always loved Sage Jewelers, I have many beautiful unique pieces of jewelry from them. Top notch service always, in fact today I stopped in just before closing to get a charm from a necklace cleaned. They took it and cleaned it right then and there, I was prepared to leave it with them, it is brilliant and looks like new! Thank you Sage!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered a watch online for a gift. I was told days later that my address was wrong because I didn’t have an apartment number. Because guess what? I don’t live in an apartment. I called to verify this information as soon as they opened the very next day and was told that Victor who handles online sales was out and would get back to me. After 3 days of me calling Victor told me that the watch had been sold already and there was nothing they can do. So I paid for a watch that should have been removed from the sales floor instead they collected money and left it on display for sale. I have a huge problem with that. There was no accountability and honestly gives the company a horrible reputation. The birthday is tomorrow and it left me with no time to replace the item. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to tell me they sold it.
