It was a great shopping experience
It was a great shopping experience! The doll's quality is really good. If the doll's butt is softer, that would be perfect.

Maria: a Fan Real model
I just received Maria: a Fan Real model. She is stunningly beautiful and has an amazing body. She is a Seamless design model which is fantastic, love it. She’s a bigger gal. Very athletic like appearance and tall. Wonderful body, perfect breast. Big thanks to the OUTSTANDING customer service at Rosemary for helping with the purchase.👍

The daily eMail reassurance of fixing…
The daily eMail reassurance of fixing my order to a manufacturing Zelex Inspiration 2.0 doll type sold. I am now happy to get this doll at the height 5 ft 9 inch in home chair seating arrangements. The light weight body easily allows me to pose the doll better than the heavier Zelex 2.0 regular frame dolls.

Top customer service
Very kind customer service. Production at factory took a bit longer than planned, but RD contacted the manufacturer on its own and informed me on every step. All questions were answered properly and quickly. There was a little damage on the product, but they immediately sent me a repair kit. That's the way it should be.

Really enjoyed and appreciated my purchasing experience with RosemaryDoll. My support team member Summer was very patient, supportive and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire purchasing and deliver process. They officially gained a new customer, and I'll most definitely be using them again in the foreseeable future, as a trusted certified doll vendor.

Excellent experience with the customer service. I have been dealing with this company twice now and I am satisfied again. The overall process of production and shipping took longer this time around, but I think it there was holidays involved at this time of the year.

Sometimes you get a glitch
I had a problem with the fulfillment of my order. Sue, my representative, was on it right away and solved the miscommunication directly. I had to purchase a new head but that is fine. I got the girl that I wanted and I am very happy. The customer service is excellent. no complaints here!
