My dell computer showed an error showing it had a bad bios battery. The battery came quickly and fit, but didn't fix my computer. Rome Teck refunded my money. I couldn't ask for better service.

Good service. There was a hiccup with our address but luckily it worked out. After speaking with them I had no doubt they would have shipped another one if I hadn't received it with the hiccup.

I dropped my phone, which was in the case and the case cracked and Rome tech had no issue with their warranty and sent me a replacement case. Excellent customer service!

They do a great job of helping with their products when there is a problem. Tough to get someone on the phone but email is sufficient. I am old school I like to speak to someone personally. Work on that please. Great cases nice design and quality.

It fit just right and it came quick. But they are cheaply made. And I have to buy one every so often and they're not so cheap.

The case has a nice look bu it has to be removed when charging. The added bead tassle broke.

Ordered a wrong case. Instead of S22, got A22. Rome exchanged it with problems and even got a better deal on the S22 cases. I like these lightweight and durable cases because they're the same that Verizon.sells for 3X the price.

Having initially ordered, a rep then emailed to get the exact make and model of my mobile to ensure the correct item was shipped. Fast delivery from overseas and exactly what I was looking for.

Good cell phone case except for one little design flaw. The kickstand has a very small tip that breaks very easily if you are not careful when sliding it. However, Rome Tech has been good by replacing them at no charge.

The case doesn't fit my phone. I ordered the case for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I expect it to fit snugly, but I just can't get it on the phone which is not helpful.
