The staff is very nice and was extremely helpful and respectful towards me even when I was confused. The staff member Esteban M. was very helpful and I was able to resolve my issue with their help. I 10/10 recommend rocket node to anyone who wants a good strong server with good reliable support.

I personaly loved this host i prevosly had other fivem hosting platforms and first host that i got the fivem server dident even work and they diden offer olmoust eny support when i started on rocketnode the support was amaizing and fast they helped me every way even thogh its difretn to setup fivem server on rocketnode its still good becos they have extensive prewievs and instalation guides on their youtube channel wuld recomend and the prices on the more expensive side on fivem culd meaby be litle lower and meaby the 12.50 secodn worst bland culd be olsou litle lower but the prices are still good they have so good d-dos protection i know pecos i know one hacker who tried to d-dos the server but failed thanks to rocketnode

Amazing Customer Service
Ronald V was such an amazing help. I lost all of my Server resources due to a account hack, and my server had gotten Nuked. Ron spent most of mine, and his morning, helping me get everything back in, fix a few bugs, and even gave me some tips for better things in the Server. I have always loved Rocketnode for this reason, and I will continue to love Rocketnode because of their amazing Support Team. Shout out to Muneeb as well for taking over the ticket when Ron had gotten off, and helping me finish some last minute touches on the server. Keep up the great work!

Honestly. Amazing people. Always nice, always caring, always helpful. Never once have I opened a ticket and them be rude. Honestly, they even help me with things not involving their services so cool people. Clara F, Is super nice, and always helpful! Customer service on point along with support!
