Above and beyond costumer service
I was having issues with the application and your costumer service representative was more than above and beyond to help me and stayed with me on the phone until all the application was ready and set. Next day I have the approval.

The process was very simple
The process was very simple, straightforward and fast. The funds arrived quicker than expected as well. I wisht eh "origination fee" was more prominently explained, but that's probably more my fault than Rocket loan's. I would recommend Rocket Loans to anyone who asked.
