Great customer serv ice
Customer service answered and fixed my renewal problem quickly. Hopefully, in the future, the renewal specials will be the same or better than the new customer price.

Roboform a GREAT oassword manager!
Roboform works perfect as a password manager. No issues whatsoever. The best 'feature' Roboform has is the fact it has never been hacked. Thank You Roboform!

I changed my password on several accounts by using RoboForm password generator but the accounts won't recognize the new passwords and lost my old passwords so I got locked out of my accounts and RoboForm support does not exist. Feel like I'm paying RoboForm to cause me headaches

passwords made easy
I like that it comes up with the best password, I don't have to type IDs and PW in. I can have more complicated passwords. What I don't like is when the roboform icon doesn't appear.I use Firefox and it continues to have issues with Roboform.

Highly Reliable, Intuitive, and The Best Password Manager In The Business
I have been using RoboForm for quite some time, and it is easily the most impressive password manager I have ever encountered. The vivid and colorful user interface is remarkably intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate even for those who are not tech-savvy. The standout feature for me is the auto-fill functionality; it is undoubtedly the most efficient and reliable tool of its kind, saving me a significant amount of time daily. Having it seamlessly synced across both my computer and mobile devices provides a level of convenience and security that is hard to beat. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and highly recommend it.

I have the free version and have been using it for years. In those years I have only had a few problems but when I do, the customer service answers quickly and I mean quickly. Most times, within an hour or two and has solved every problem. Love the product and the service is phenomenal!!!
