I've had a great experience using Robinhood. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and makes investing simple, even for beginners. Buying and selling stocks and crypto is fast, and I like being able to track my portfolio in one place. Good customer support, and the platform continues to add useful features over time. Overall, it's been a reliable and convenient brokerage for my investing needs.

Great Experience for the Average Joe

I love Robinhood for the most part. It's easy to use to invest. I like the connectivity of Robinhood and the checking/saving account plus credit card. I like the app too. The only part I hate is having all the crypto displayed on the home screen. This is for investing, so it's annoying to have to scroll through the crypto to get to my stocks. Crypto already has it own page.

Easy and just works

Easy to use product, works and I don't have to hunt for any features or call and talk to someone to make things work.

Pretty steady improvement since inception.

App and website are fast and safe (so far). Brand is trustworthy. Added features since inception have been good. Stock information is okay - better than Merrill, TD Ameritrade, etc but worse than ETrade. Would love to see HSA option. Inability to place sell/buy orders for up to two years rather than 90 days is annoying.

Experience is great

Experience is great. I do get a lot of texts of someone claiming to be robinhood and for me to call. I would like for the debit card to be like the credit, not showing the numbers on the card and have us go through the app if we need the info. Just seems safer.

Much improved

My friend told me that she liked it, so I got the app. At first, I didn't like it because it didn't allow me to see what I had originally invested. But, now it does. It's possible that I didn't enough, but unlikely.

banking application always in review

My recent banking application has been stuck in "review" for an unacceptable amount of time with no explanation. As a loyal customer of many years whose current spending account is being phased out, this delay is highly disruptive. Please provide a clear reason for the hold-up and a firm timeline for approval.

It seems that the real time data for arranging my stocks when you try to arrange them by the different metrics has improved. It would be good to have more news and just feel like there was more in the app. I recently realized that other brokerages offer more news, charts, etc. And that they also have free trading. Also you should do a better job explaining how you guys pay for order Flow versus other brokerages that apparently don't and ostensibly therefore get better prices. Overall I do like your service. It would also be good to have more of a web/computer-based app. Things like dividend tracker are not available on the website. Just on the phone. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to change metrics in the dividend tracker or track it better. One of my stocks paid a return of principle to shareholders and that shows up as a dividend which skews all of my dividend tracker data because it was a substantial"payment" but not a dividend in the sense I understand them. It may technically be called a dividend it would be nice to remove that from the calculation.
