More than adequately helped prepare me for the PMP exam. If you have the experience and these resources I believe most could pass a first attempt. Studied for 6 weeks and hit above target in all categories.

The course material takes a "no nonsense" approach to explaining project management. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the material and explained difficult concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I was able to identify my knowledge gaps right away and now know exactly where to focus. I cannot recommend this course enough!

Address correction.... would have solved the issues I had. Additionally, your customer service process is not ideal for the end user... There are way too many emails informing me that you don't employ someone to do the job right the first time. You need multiple layers of automation that provide no value to the customer.

Great experience with their live class and the thorough prep book. Engaging instructor and on-hand practices. They helped me pass my CAPM and I'll be signing up with RMC again for the PMP.

The PMP exam prep textbook that I purchased (11th edition) keeps referring to free materials available on the RMCLS website. However, when I scan the QR code and go to the website it prompts me for a password. The license key in my textbook isn't valid for this site, it's valid for exams.rmcls.com. I can't register an account. So I can't access these "free" resources promised to me in my very expensive textbook. They are behind a paywall. I have to pay more to subscribe.

PMP material was inconsistent on PMI terminology. For example conflated interpersonal skills as a tool. PMI tools are items that van be used and skills are not. Tools and Skills are treated as different items. RMC does not get the distinction. this one of the many ways they are incorrect.

the sessions could have been more interactive and training based rather then walk through of chapters.

Try difficult to use. Have to restart many times especially on testing pages. Plus customer service while promoting is inefficient.

I've purchased a book with the mock-up exam (PM-FastTrack) and I still failed the exam. I feel that RMC lacks the mindset training.

RMC materials are outdated, I failed the exam despite reading and reviewing the materials four full rounds.

My experience with RMC has been great! Ms. Janet did an amazing job breaking down the material to help students comprehend. Her facilitation really allowed us the opportunity to digest the information.

login and password is a nightmare once a ticket is submitted email inbox gets flooded with updates courses are missing from profile Edit: responding to the response I received from the company. I can provide screen shots showing how many emails I've received from ONE ticket. Anytime an update is made I get an email notification. Also, I've been logging into the right account. And now for the SECOND time my courses are missing. Again, the worst.

The courses in my account just all disappeared on Peterson’s. Now I need to reach out to customer service to see what’s going on. For the amount of money that I had to pay for these online courses, the website needs to be a lot more reliable. It’s annoying to have to deal with website cliches. At least send out notifications if the website is down. I have not seen anything.

With the help of the book, the test simulator and the flashcards I passed the exam and got the certification the first time. It was very well explained, easy to use, very helpful overall.

Some questions are ambiguë and réponses too close the ones from the others. Difficult to capitilize and improve knowledge. Some doubt about the added value to pass the exam
