My experience with Regenesis Health…
My experience with Regenesis Health Travel started very well, which made what happened later even more disappointing. During the first stage of my treatment, everything was professional and well organized. Communication with my coordinator, Iga, was excellent. I underwent a bone graft, sinus lift procedure, and the placement of 10 dental implants. The surgeon, Dr. Celal Kef, did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with the care I received. During the second stage of my treatment, I stayed at Gold Suit Hotel in Antalya. Although the stay included breakfast only, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, due to poor clinic organization and repeated delays, I was forced to extend my stay and purchase new flight tickets at my own expense. Unfortunately, about a week after returning home, my implant-supported bridges became loose, so I had to travel back to Turkey for warranty treatment. Before my trip, I was assured that this time I would be accommodated in an all-inclusive hotel. I had not requested this level of accommodation—it was offered by the company. However, upon arrival, I was placed in a very low-standard hotel. I found bugs on the bed in my room, which caused me a great deal of stress. I was then moved to another two-star hotel. Instead of the promised all-inclusive package, I was provided with breakfast only, and the quality was very poor. After just two or three people had taken food, there was very little left to choose from, so I had to spend additional money on my own meals. I removed my previous negative review because I trusted the company's assurances and believed the situation would be resolved fairly. Today, I regret that decision. I feel that I was misled regarding the accommodation and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated during my warranty visit. The crowns have now been corrected, and I sincerely hope the problem has been resolved permanently. Only time will tell whether the repair is lasting. I truly hope I will not have to return to Turkey once again because of the same issue. It is a real shame because the first stage of my treatment gave me confidence that the entire process would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, my final experience has seriously damaged my trust in Regenesis Health Travel.

They simply abandon you in the middle…
They simply abandon you in the middle of your treatment. You can't contact them, and they don't finish your treatment. There is absolutely no communication.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I deeply regret choosing this clinic for my dental treatment. I had 9 implants and a full set of crowns placed here. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing from start to finish. The crowns were made the wrong length, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to eat. I returned to the clinic three months later under their guarantee, expecting the problems to be properly resolved. Instead, they simply shortened the crowns and fitted them while my gums were still sore and inflamed, which caused even more pain. Although this was supposed to be warranty treatment, I had to pay for additional flights and a longer hotel stay because of the extra time required. I was left covering costs that should never have existed in the first place. After returning to the UK, the pain continued. I visited an independent implant specialist, who confirmed that three of my implants had failed. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the clinic for help and support, but my messages have been ignored. Once they have your money, it seems that aftercare is no longer a priority. I invested a significant amount of money and trusted this clinic with a life-changing procedure. Instead, I have been left with failed implants, ongoing pain, extra expenses, and no support. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Please think very carefully before choosing them for dental treatment.

⛔️⛔️⛔️AVOID THIS COMPANY⛔️⛔️⛔️ Had my teeth shaved down and 25 zirconiam crowns fitted july 2025 and had to go back june 2026 has i've had problem after problem with the teeth, constantly hurting and not being able to eat properly,and large holes under the teeth in which food gets stuck. Went back for a 10 day holiday and to get them repaired, but they still havent repaired the holes or done anything to my teeth. The aftercare is non existent. I am now left with holes and constant pain, And wish i never had them done with this company. They also constantly changed my appointment times and days, and also on a couple of occasions, they didnt even bother picking me up, this resulted in me getting a private taxi at €60 euro return to my hotel. I paid for an extra treatment whilst there,but never had the treatment done and took them 23 days to return my money. This dentist has gone down hill, and most probably will close soon as the dentist has now changed names from regenesis to appolon due to bad reviews. Every other patient i spoke with was not happy with this company. AVOID (REGENESIS HEALTH TRAVEL) OR (APPOLON LUXERY DENTAL CLINIC) AT ALL COSTS. I have now transferred to another reputable dentist to get this fixed. Please read all reviews before booking with this dentist.

I have had dental implants here and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. I was hesitant to go for dental treatment but from start of process until the end totally professional. My coordinator yasser was brilliant as was,the manager alper. Would recomnend anybody wanting any treatment to give this company a go value for money. Five star treatment great staff just a all round a brilliant experience. Nothing was,too much trouble and met and exceeded all my needs. If anybody is hesitant get in touch with this company they are totally the best and you wont be dissapointed

MONEY SCAMMERS. !!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Regenesis Health. After my dental treatment I experienced ongoing jaw pain, difficulty biting properly, and pain severe enough to wake me up at night. I reported these issues and was told that the aftercare department would contact me. I was also informed that a refund was being processed. However, almost two months later I still have not received the refund. Every time I ask for an update, I am told that the finance department is dealing with it, but no clear timeframe is provided. I requested direct contact details for the department responsible for the refund so I could follow it up myself, but this information was not provided. More recently, my messages have been ignored altogether. The most frustrating part is not only the delay but the lack of communication and accountability. Patients should not have to chase for months to receive money they have been told is owed to them. I hope the clinic resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience I cannot recommend their customer service or aftercare process.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THEN I WOULD!! LEFT WITH NECROSIS, SEPSIS AND NEEDING ATTACHED TO A WOUND VAC MACHINE FOR 12WEEKS IN AND OUT OF HOSPITAL FOR 5 MONTHS VERY UNWELL AND CANT EVEN GET A REPLY BACK FROM THEM!!!

This dental company is an absolute scam and the worst experience possible; I was abandoned on my second visit after getting implants six months ago. Abandoned on second visit: Six months ago, I had my first visit where my implants were placed. I was supposed to come back now for the second stage of my treatment, but instead, I was completely abandoned. No contact or pickup: After landing in Turkey, nobody was there to pick me up, and the company has cut off all communication. No accommodation: I was left stranded at the airport without the hotel room that was supposed to be provided. Likely bankruptcy: It seems the company went bankrupt, leaving patients stranded without finishing their medical treatment. Do not trust this company under any circumstances.

Dental treatment with Regenesis.
I had my crowns and implants completed with Regenesis in May this year and I would highly recommend this company. Esra was our administrator and she was very professional and efficient. The dental clinic was spotless and very well equipped. The staff are courteous and highly professional and the level of dentistry was excellent. They took a great deal of care to ensure that I was happy with the final outcome, which I am. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was great
Hotel was great, all the staff were happy to help with anything what ever it was,totally relaxed and welcoming environment.The location was excellent, not far away from a chilled walk to a shopping spree.Regenesis health were also on the ball, all transfers were punctual, the clinic was nice and the staff at the clinic made this a very good experience.i would recommend regenesis health travel to antalaya to anyone who is seeking dental work, jaf a wonderfull time.

There are no words for this clinic Regenesis, it can't be worse when you are left without teeth and money and have to pay another clinic to fix the work done by Regenesis, which results in a lifelong trauma...

Exceptional service
Our co-ordinater Esra has been so helpful from start to finish. When we got consultation my partner was eligible for crowns like he was hoping for, I was not I'd to get implants, the process was explained very thorough and can not fault any of the surgeons, assistants or dentist. All was outstanding. Clinic is very clean. Transfer was always on time for appointment and would recommend this company to anyone. I am due to come back and get my implants finished but with the experience we have had so far we would tell anyone to come here. They give you plenty of numbing injections and they are perfectionists when it comes to the bite. Couldn't thank the team enough and especially Esra who has made our travel/dental work so easy, she replies within a matter of minutes and was never left with a question Unanswered

I would not recommend Regenesis Clinic
I would not recommend Regenesis Clinic. In my experience, the clinic seemed more focused on making money than on patient care. After undergoing treatment, I began experiencing issues with both my crown (which started chipping) and my implants. When I contacted the clinic, I was told this was “normal wear and tear” and that I would need to pay again for any repairs—including additional costs for flights and accommodation. I found this response extremely disappointing. What may seem appealing at first—combining treatment with a holiday—is not always what it appears to be. If complications arise, especially with an unprofessional clinic, you may end up paying far more in the long run. My advice to others: Choose your clinic very carefully Ensure you have a clear, written warranty before proceeding Don’t be swayed by extras like hotels or private transfers Take time to research the clinic, dentists, and staff thoroughly Never rush into signing for treatment In my case, the experience was a disaster. When I raised concerns and mentioned sharing my experience publicly, I was even threatened with legal action. Please be cautious and make informed decisions—your health should always come first.

My husband finished the treatment of dental implantation and installation of zirconium crowns at the Regenesis clinic, everything was great, and I have something to compare with, I went this way in Istanbul and the experience was different. The service at the Regenesis clinic is much higher, it's quality, attitude, cohesive work of the team. Our curator Esra, responsive, always in touch, attentive, tried to do everything well and conveniently for us. Helped me get to a wonderful doctor, Mert Meral, a plastic surgeon, I did blepharoplasty, I am very pleased with the result. As a result, my husband has great teeth, I have eyes, the result is higher than expected. Accommodation in the hotel, transfer service is all at the highest level, we highly recommend this clinic. Thank you wonderful team, my husband and I are happy!

After researching many clinics and reading countless reviews, I finally chose this clinic—and I’m so glad I did. My journey began with excitement but also a lot of nerves. My first appointment wasn’t exactly what I had planned, but the team took the time to explain everything step by step, which reassured me. I had to wait three months for my second appointment, and during that time I was stressed and exhausted because I couldn’t eat solid food. But once the treatment started, the team guided me through every stage with patience and care. From the coordinator to the translators, everyone supported me and made sure I understood the process. Now, I’ve completed my full mouth makeover with implants, and the result is beyond what I imagined—I have a healthy, beautiful smile, and I couldn’t be happier. The team truly looked after me step by step, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I am now a very happy person, smiling with confidence thanks to this clinic.
