It doesnt work
It doesnt work. I can't reach a human being. Someone emailed they are sending me an RMA and no one has contacted me to troubleshoot! I will dispute this with my card company.

Everything is working well the only thing I was disappointed in is you can tell the head piece was used and ripped a little and things sound a little muffled through it. Was hoping for a "newer" looking headset but it's works so I can't conplain

GREAT customer service
GREAT customer service. Only 4 stars because the initial product came defective. BUT - Reef Telecom stepped up and was quick to send a replacement and followed up to make sure my issue was resolved. Let's face it - problems with products will happen from time to time so it's great to know that Reef Telecom will do what they need to do to make things right... 5 Stars for Service!!!

Sounds great!
The headsets are great! We really like having the different attachments to be able to switch them from day to day. You can hear clearly even when walking around the office.
