I shopped with Reeds Jewelers online. The item arrived in a timely fashion and was as described. Unfortunately, the item did not work for me. Reeds Jewelers Customer Service was very helpful in providing a return shipping label. Thank you Reeds Jewelers.

in your face story…
I actually have an in your face story for Reeds located in the Park Mall, Lancaster, PA. My husband and I went into Reeds to look at Ruby rings. We were greeted by a nice sales lady but she had no experience and was unable to help. She called the manager an older gentlemen that did not give his name and once we told him we were looking for a natural ruby ring he started talking to us about the expense of a natural ruby. It was obvious he was passing judgment and believed we were unable to afford such a purchase. He told the woman to take our name and number and he would reach out to their gem specialist. Well my husband and I waited over a month and no call was ever made to us. We wanted the ring for our 40th anniversary in October. So we returned to the store and this time there was a male sales person that also seemed to take our request lightly. My husband and I went to another jewelry store and they had their gemologist send over 4 different natural ruby stones. I selected one and custom made my 40th anniversary ring. My husband spent 13,000.00 for my ring that could of been Reeds but instead because they are snooty sales people and pass judgement on customers they lost out.

Reliable shipping, but inventory tracking and communication need improvement
The items that were successfully fulfilled from many orders I placed arrived quickly and were well-packaged. However, the fulfillment process for the remaining items highlights a need for better automated communication and inventory management. There was no proactive status update or follow-up regarding the unfulfilled items after a significant waiting period. It required reaching out to customer service multiple times and manually providing the missing item details to get an update, rather than the system tracking this automatically. Ultimately, the pending items were canceled. The main issue is that several of these canceled items still show as "available" on the website. This inventory discrepancy appears to be a frequent occurrence rather than an isolated high-demand issue, which unfortunately caused a missed opportunity to secure these items from another retailer in time. While the shipping quality is appreciated, the current lack of accurate inventory updates makes it difficult to feel secure when placing future orders.

Very pleased with my purchase!
I ordered a Pandora charm as a gift. It arrived quickly and was beautifully well packaged. This was my first experience ordering from Reeds and I was VERY PLEASED! I will definitely be back if I need to buy any other gifts.

Shipping nightmare
I ordered a wedding band for my husband. The information given was that it would ship within 2 business days. After a week went by, I reached out to get an update on the shipping status. I kept being told there was a system outage with the jeweler. This went on for over 3 weeks. I finally decided to cancel the order. About an hour after I attempted to cancel, I was notified that the ring had shipped and would be delivered that day. Was truly a nightmare and will not order from Reed’s again.
