The process is a joke! I filled out an application including my email and phone number. Then at different times two morons at the company said my phone number and email were wrong. The last person looked at my order and everything was correct. I don’t know how you are still in business! 😝😜

Scam. They do not scrape records, I tested multiple times. They even said they had records on multiple people of the same name, but once they get their money? Nothing. What I don't understand is why they wouldn't even provide a simple service that's easy to code. Pay some freelance a pittance and you'd make the money back very very quickly.

Canceled my subscription so fast and because I didn’t use the website during the trial period, the gentleman was able to refund the charge that was taken out on the billing date.

I disliked that it wasn't completely clear that I was signing up for a reoccurring monthly fee. I was very impressed with the customer service representative that worked with me to refund my account. He was very kind and very helpful.

I requested account closed and not charged. Case was closed with supposed refund. Still being charged.

Cath has the best customer service. She was polite and proactive and explained every step as we went. What I thought was going to be a tedious experience asking for a refund was made pleasant and so fast, including confirmation emails as we spoke. She is a real asset to your team and wish her the very best for the future.

Most of this information can be found for free online. The monthly price is ridiculous. I'd rather pay a one time price to get one piece of information than a trial to get information I already knew and then be charged a monthly fee after the trial time--because that's what you're hoping for. That people forget and then when they get charged, you refuse to refund it because it states in the agreement blah, blah, blah... and if you looked to see if it was used other than that one time, you'd know it wasn't accessed again! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
