Knowledgeable people.

I have been working on my basement trying to take care of the Radon issue. The 1st time I contacted them with a question on a product they answered back that they didn't carry one for my issue. They were honest about it. The 2nd time I contacted them on what would work on the cracks, they told which product would work the best. I ordered it and it came in a couple of days. More companies need to know what products work best and what product will not work. It was nice to deal with knowledgeable people. Thank You

No updates

The first order I placed was shipped out and delivered fast. This last order has had the label created for several days, and still has not shipped. I haven’t received any updates on what the hold up is.

Scam

I just received my pro concrete wall repair kit $900. The company literally ripped me off they filled the box with food service bags like thousands of little plastic bags, and some assembly pieces for what looks like furniture. This company is a scam artist. Do not and I repeat do not order anything through this company.

Saved the day

Great product and good customer service.

Customer service was good as calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping was prompt and the product arrived quickly. The Crack seal was the most amazing part of my experience with RadonSeal. I have successfully stopped multiple basement leaks in my 75 year old poured cement basement walls. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a solution similar to my basement cracks. Thank you RadonSeal for this DIY kit that the homeowner can buy to stop leaks at a fraction of the cost of professional repair cost.

After researching different products-

After researching this subject thoroughly ended up going with the more expensive RadonSeal kits and have been very happy with them. All parts are provided plus a few extra useful items for this project. Delivery was good as well. Would definitely recommend and suggest researching projects on YouTube. The only suggestions i would have is regarding doing cracks in corners of concrete foundation. Flat crack surfaces are definitely easier! Corner cracks are definitely more challenging especially installation of the ports and epoxying in the crack. Large cracks are especially challenging. Maybe a RadonSeal tutorial on various installs would be helpful on their website. Lastly, If there were sizes of corner crack ports or a means to modify for smaller cracks that would be a huge help. They are tough to epoxy in small crack areas. Other than these suggestions i would recommend and give an A+ rating!
