Love it
Love it! Very artsy, dramatic yet perfectly proportioned for my space. Not very heavy but, it la in a corner of the living room. Definitely recommend after returning 2 other less expensive ones.

Took months. Now need to return because we had to replace the light that took too long.

This company is a scam. I tried to return a light and instead have received email after email asking me to keep it and place in another location in my home, keep it and 'sell it' myself, and insulting offers of giving me 15% back to not return it. They also keep referring to how 'difficult' it will be for me to return internationally. They have sent me links to youtube videos on how to install the light. I simply asked for a return address to start a refund and they are doing everything possible to dodge and deflect. They have an address on their website that is in the US. To insinuate that it is the consumes fault and burden because they are shipping from Asia is an insult. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company displays an address in New York, but if you want to return something, immediately, in original unused condition, you have to pay shipping to ASIA. They do everything possible to avoid letting you return anything. I’ve sent 9 emails trying to initiate a return and they have offered me: 15% refund, or order more lights of the same value and pay shipping on the new order. All I want is to return the product and receive a refund and they won’t cooperate. Do not do business with this company. There are so many other options for quality lights, dealing with a legitimate US company that offers free returns and full refunds.

Excellent service! The team supported me every step of the way, from shipping to delivery, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

I ordered 3 pendants, 3 different styles. 2 required assembly, but the fixtures came with NO instructions. Thankfully, my son-in-law, an engineer, was able to figure out the process. One of the pendants, the large pagoda pendant, didn't come with the proper parts. The fixture has 4 oval glass panels that are supposed to be installed on the sides. The hardware provided does not securely hold the glass in place. We decided not to use the glass because of the potential hazard.

Our lights came completely crated so that they wouldn’t break in the transit to our house. My only complaint was the time it took to receive but I didn’t realize that products are made as you order which I appreciate that there aren’t warehouses full of products that might not sell. The quality is excellent and the value is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company

Outstanding customer service! The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. They allowed me to keep a product I didn’t need and provided store credit toward another item. It’s rare to find a company that is this customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Color isn’t as pictured or stated. It says “amber” and picture shows a clear tan globe but that part is bright bright yellow, which does not go well in my space. There is color correcting software, so I don’t understand how the picture online is so wrong. Is there an exchange for globe I can do? This does not look good in my living room

I ordered the jade sconces. They came with no installation instructions. When we did get them finally hung up, there were multiple design flaws, which just made them not work for this, or really any space. And then customer service only gave me a refund after multiple attempts and threats of legal action and that I would write a bad review. And I still had to pay to ship them all the way back to China, which cost $200+. NOT WORTH IT. They really really suck. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a fixture, they charged my card immediately then I had to contact them for months asking for tracking information. I received long apologetic emails regarding delay although they never provided tracking information Finally I received the box after more than 2. 5 months. The box was rattling when it was delivered, probably a broken item I did not open. They offered a full refund then sent an email stating they would not refund unless I paid an extraordinary amount in shipping back to China. SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

We had an amazing experience with Radilum. Our lights are beautiful, shipping was excellent because we paid for expedited, and customer service wrote back to every email I sent them(which was many). We are thrilled to have sconces that no one else in the United States has that we know of! Highly highly recommend!!

Unfortunately there are just too many red flags and negative reviews for me to consider buying from this company. Moreover, the photos on their webpage of the chandelier I was considering were clearly taken directly and without authorization from the actual manufacturer’s webpage. So the product is obviously a cheap knockoff, evidently made in and shipped from some Asian sweatshop, not a high-end London atelier like the original product. I am very glad I read these reviews before spending thousands on an inferior piece of junk. Addendum: The firm Cox of London has confirmed that the description and photos of the "Spring Oak Tree" chandelier on the Radilum webpage were stolen directly from their own site, without attribution. It's one thing to copy a design and sell it more cheaply; it's another thing entirely to steal proprietary images of the genuine article and pretend they are of your own vastly inferior product. I strongly suspect that the 30% or so of reviews of Radilum on TrustPilot that are positive are also sham. Indeed, the glowing 5-star reviews all sound like they were written by the same person.

Total scam ! Product never arrived and I am asking every day to be refunded but they just ignore. Also the products pictures are not accurate because they show originals while it is in fact just some pale counterfeits and you can only see this if you watch youtube

I have mixed feelings about my transaction with this company I placed an order with them on 21st March and finally received it today 12th May - so it took almost 9 weeks for the light fixture to reach me. I think the website states allow 4-6 weeks so that’s well over what was advertised During the wait I reached out to customer service several times and they did always answer within 24 hours each time. In fairness to the staff at Radilum they did try and be helpful each time The tracking website they use to follow the shipments was all in Chinese but they translated it for me each time Because of the long shipment I did wonder many times if the company was legit and even checked procedure for chargeback on my card relating to non receipt of goods - the delays do make you think this way What isn’t clear when you order is that your item will be shipped by road and sea from China and this is why it takes so long to get to you . It also has to clear customs many times as it passes through several countries on its long journey to you - I guess they can’t control delays in customs etc When ordering I was trying to match an existing light that I already owned - the cost of the one I already owned was around £750 - this one from radium was £400 and although not absolutely identical was very close What I didn’t expect was the complicated assembly required - the light arrived in multiple (minimum 12 not including shades & bulbs) pieces with lots of connectors screws etc Everything needed was there even some spare bulbs etc, but I have to say the assembly was technically quite difficult as you literally had to build and wire it up yourself. Feeding the wires down the narrow tube arms was quite tricky My husband is generally very competent with these type of jobs but found this project somewhat fiddly and challenging. I do think some warning of assembly skills required should be put on the website so you know when you order - the instructions that accompanied it definitely were rather sketchy Anyway final result I was happy with and the price much better than the original fixture so perhaps worth the overall aggravation it’s been

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has gone from a bad product experience to a masterclass in how to avoid taking responsibility. The lights arrived after a long wait and didn’t work—confirmed by a licensed electrician. What followed has been an endless loop of contradictions, delays, and policy deflection. First, their instructions clearly state the LED is non-replaceable and should not be disassembled. Then support tells me to replace the bulb. Now, after multiple emails, they’re claiming it’s a “new design” with replaceable bulbs and suggesting my electrician just didn’t understand the product. So which is it? At no point has there been a clear, consistent explanation of their own product. Instead, the story keeps changing depending on what’s convenient for them in the moment. And here’s the best part: despite all of this, they still expect me to pay out of pocket to return a defective product so they can “inspect” it before deciding if I deserve a refund. Let’s translate that: They send a faulty product → provide conflicting instructions → fail to resolve the issue → then ask the customer to spend more money to fix their mistake. That’s not customer service—it’s a stall tactic. Also worth noting: they asked me not to leave a negative review while this was being “resolved.” This is the resolution. If everything goes perfectly, maybe you won’t have an issue. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for inconsistent information, zero accountability, and a process designed to wear you down. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell.
