Helped me fix my mistake!
Accidentally ordered a QDRO when I needed a valuation instead. Christine fixed it right away with a great phone presence that really calmed me down when I was already upset about the rest of the divorce stuff going on.

Christine is friendly and knowledgeable which gave me peace of mine. All the information I submitted on the online questionnaire for my QDRO was reviewed and ready to be submitted to my pension fund for pre approval in just a couple of days. Excellent service!

The process was straight forward
The process was straight forward, except when i need to re-edit the document to make change after the multi point check. Finding the right question on the pull down and then knowing to hit the back button. It would be more to say "GO TO". I am hopeful that the 403b administration process goes smoothly.
