After ordering the wrong part
After ordering the wrong part, I tried to contact customer service multiple times to return and reorder. which took almost 2 weeks. It was only until I reached out via Facebook that anybody acknowledge the request. Once customer service reached out the next day, the situation was resolved. However, this had already left a very bad taste.

Ordering was easy and the price was good. But I don't need the air filters. There is no place to use them in my unit. How do I indicate (no required) in my next order?

The filters are smaller than I’ve…
The filters are smaller than I’ve purchased for the faucet filter I use. Wondering how efficient the smaller filters are compared to the larger filter which has a better fit inside the housing filter. Please comment. The box of filters states clearly, designed and made to replace “original filters.”

Filters that filters heavy metals with good flow rate
Filters that filters heavy metals and have a good output flow speed. Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Ordered the standard filters that does not filter heavy metals by mistake so reordered ones for heavy metals and they canceled originally order quickly with no problems. Have been using these filters for a long time, no complaints.

They sent the wrong filters
They sent the wrong filter size. I was sure that I ordered another filter than the ones they sent me. Now they won't ship the correct filter and are asking me to try the ones they sent but they are a smaller size and I won't be able to lock them in. It's been a difficult experience trying to get the correct filters I needed for my Samsung fridge. Don't recommend this company. Poor customer service.

These filters are excellent. I have extremely hard well water and they were strongly recommended by my contractor who uses PurePlus Filters at their residence. very efficient and user-friendly.

Items aren't in stock when they say.
Long delay in availability for my replacement filter. The website didn't give any indication that it was out of stock and I was not notified about the issue. I had to email them asking for a status update.

pleasant surprise
I ordered filters that turned out to be out of stock. They were in a pack of 3. Instead of delaying my order until the stock came in, PurePlus sent me a 4-pack, at no additional charge. Wow. That was unexpected.
