It was a good experience, but not great. Out of one product I need and not able to apply the 15% discount on all NOW products because there were also other company items in my cart.

I had an issue with my online order. I reached out to customer service. They handled the mix up quickly and had my order right out to me quickly. I was extremely pleased with how quick polite and efficient this company is. I have been buying from them for a couple of years and will always recommend them highly.

Great prices. Everything is in stock. I appreciate for the items that need to stay cool that they are put in lined bags instead of the mini coolers. We love reusing the bags (plus we're walking advertisements then!)
