Customer service via live chat did a great job! The site was not what I needed and they took care of canceling and are going to refund. If that does not happen I will update this review.

Hidden subscription charges on CC…
Hidden subscription charges on CC without notification. They like to fly under the radar and hit you with a $20 monthly charge. Even my utilities notify me when a charge is about to post. AVOID this company.

Subscription cancelation and refund
Canceling a subscription (that I was not aware of until seeing the credit card charges) and requesting a full refund via their on-line chat was easier than expected. The agent was helpful and responsive to my concerns which was unexpected. I say "unexpected" as it was not at all clear when I purchased a $1 one-time property report that I was actually signing up for a $9.95 bi-weekly subscription, so I assumed they would push back on any refund request. But it ended up fully refunded which did avoid filing a dispute with the credit card issuer. So, 5 stars to the agent who handled this issue (and 2 stars to the company for misleading sales practices)!

I received an email stating that I had…
I received an email stating that I had an open subscription and was just charged $30. I went to the website and used the live chat function. I was able to cancel my account and ask for the charge to be reversed. Everything was very helpful and above board.

The Customer Rep
The Customer Rep. Charles was very quick and very helpful. I would have given a 5 but the website is very misleading. Thought I was only paying $1.00, but I guess that was just to pull up the report. Once I opened it the charge went up to $31.00. Again Charles was very good and refunded the full amount. But be careful.
