Quality is great but when received the gold weight was 12% less than what I paid for. They made it right after I brought it their attention. Will do business with them again because their pieces are so well designed and customer service was quick to address my issue! Thanks guys.

Absolutely stunning piece of jewelry! I’ve been looking for something bold and well-crafted for a while, and Proclamation Jewelry nailed it 100%. The weight of the metal feels substantial and high-end, definitely not some hollow cheap stuff. The design details are super crisp and sharp. Also had to reach out to customer support to double check delivery times, and the rep was super polite and answered within a couple of hours. Received it in a sleek box that makes it feel even more premium. If you want standout jewelry that actually lasts, this brand is the real deal!

Today I received my small compass pendant from proclamation jewelers. I am so overwhelmed by the beauty and professionalism that went into this pendant , that I just wanted to praise Nick Miller for his talent as a jeweler. This is my third purchase from proclamation jewelers. I've purchased jewelry from other jewelers , but Nick stands out as one of the " GREAT ONES ". Nick I feel privileged to own some jewelry that was created by you. My pendant is awesome.

The details on this pendant are amazing. The rhodium finish makes it pop. If you’re in the fence, just pull the trigger and find out.

I bought this Saint Michael pendant for my mom as a symbol of protection even though it is marketed to men she loves it and I have one myself. I love it as well. You should market it to ladies also.

This company takes a lot of pride in their product, the way it was packaged far exceeded anything I was expecting, the necklace and pendant I bought are solid, and very well made. As I firefighter I was worried about sturdy, and it’s built to last. I haven’t taken it off in months, pool, ocean, shower. It shines and looks amazing. I will buy from them again.

Nick is a stand up dude! He explains everything in detail and doesent beat around the bush . The jewelry is gorgeous and the attention to detail is incredible. I knew before I opened the box to my Franco chain I would be thrilled with it , the packaging and small details made it a special experience for me. Not even a week later I immediately got an anchor bracelet bracelet from them as well. He takes care of repeat customers and has gained my business going forward. Il be giving Nick first crack at my business from Now on 👏

I received the compass pendant sterling silver. I like it allot. So good there the small one. The small Michael pendant sterling silver not so good. Looks like it wasn’t done quite right. The antique black isn’t there like the picture online. And the Michael doesn’t look that good. But anyway it is what it is. So 4 stars out of 5. Delivered good.

Great communication. Extraordinary detail both front and back of pendant. Clever packaging that I won’t spoil for potential customers. The nail can fit a really good size chain. I have mine on a Byzantine that I struggle to fit most pendants on. Happy with my purchase. -B

Finally a company that cares.. Long story, short.. My pendant broke after only a few weeks of enjoying it.. Customer service was horrible in helping get it warrantied out b/c of a defect in the manufacturing.. Unfortunately, I had to leave a bad review to get the attention of someone who could relate.. I received a call from the owner who listened and wanted to fail forward because he cared. He send me a replacement immediately and explained he has implemented some new SOP's in customer service operations.. This is what all companies should be like.. Things happen, but don't just choose to not listen.. As a small business owner myself, I have to understand mistakes happen, but choosing to not acknowledge the mistake is not sustainable, nor helping you grow your client base. I 100% recommend proclamation jewelry.

First off, the silver St. Michael pendent is beyond exquisite! I got the medium which is a perfect size. The design is the best I've seen, and I have searched the entire internet this is by far the best design and craftsmanship! I got a 3mm Forza chain to go with it and it was much to small to my liking. Customer service was great and made my exchange for the 4mm version easy. Thus, great quality...and worth the price as it will last beyond a lifetime!
