What a great bike!
I ordered the 600. It was initially hard to commit without getting to test ride it. I was impressed by virtually every review I read being overwhelmingly positive. The website has clear information and video instructions. Sizing guide on the website is helpful and accurate. Delivery was quick and product was securely packaged. The bike is great and so fun to ride. The pinion transmission is so luxurious!

Love the bike
Love the bike! Ive used it every weekend since I purchased it, probably a bit over 50 hours on it. Thank you, this bike got me back into riding and is helping me stay fit. Easy to put together and it showed up in less than 2 days.

I had shipping issues and the customer service department was very helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I got my bike. Products are as advertised. Definitely my favorite bicycle company

Great bikes
Great bikes. This is my 2nd one. I have a 3 speed and a one gear beach cruiser. Both are assembled easily, they last and ride well.

Bike arrived within a week
Bike arrived within a week. Easy to assemble. Wheels could be upgraded. Seemed a bit cheap compared to the rest of the bike. Low maintenance and fun to ride.

These are really great bikes
These are really great bikes. I bought one for myself last year, and we used it at the beach for two months. It has almost zero rust on it. The only little piece is where the bolt screws into the pedals of the arm that comes down on where you crank, and it is pretty amazing. My wife got one, and she loves it too.

Would I buy again?
I don’t think it’s anything against priority Bicycles it’s more against Shimano because my internal gear is broke within a month and a half. Even though Shamana would probably cover it I did call priority Bicycles and they told me I would have to call Shimano. They should handle everything for you since you bought the bicycle from them so moving forward what I buy again from priority the answer would be no.

Once You Go Priority You Never Go Back!
This is the second Priority bike I have purchased. The first was for me and the second for my 10-year-old son. The internal gates belt drive is such a valuable feature that when combined with the overall quality of the rest of the bike that I don’t plan to buy another bike brand again.

Terrific bike
Terrific bike. Outstanding support. Bike came with the gears not perfectly aligned. Someone there sent me a video on how to adjust it within a few hours.

Our Priority Ebike order experience!
Ordering our two Priority Ebikes and accessories has been extremely easy. When calling customer service to ask some assembly questions, we spoke to Chase, who was extremely helpful and answered all our questions plus overnighted a part to us so we could complete the assembly the next day and go on the trip we had planned. We made a point to let him know how pleased we were with everything about the Priority bike order, his help, and the way Priority handles everything. These days it’s so hard to get a live customer service person to begin with and then to get answers to the questions on the spot and send a new part quickly/overnight, has been amazing and we let him know that as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
