I needed 4 Team golf shirts and found a great look for us on the website. After ordering I wanted additional custom lettering and the Primesty team was great to work with and getting it all finished - and at no added costs. Got the shirts, all fit great and good quality. We ordered seven shirts for our Billyards nine ball pool team. They were so fast and great with communication. When we received our order, I noticed that I ordered the wrong size for one of our guys. The moment I started emailing I was receiving responses within 30 minutes or so and they did their very best to make sure we got a new shirt ordered, gave me 10% off and helped with the shipping to make sure that our other player got his shirt before the season was over.

Our disc golf jerseys were not only delivered ahead of schedule but they look absolutely amazing!! Everyone wanted one after they saw ours definitely will be a repeat customer

They reached out to me after my last review and seem to be correcting the issues I had...the proof will be in the next few weeks... and then i will look at re-editing this review and giving a fresh one as well. Terrible communication and very slow to respond with custom orders, still waiting on designs over a month now. I have multiple orders and this company was referred to me by someone that had a good experience with them so I thought I would try them as I'm looking for a new supplier to my business. I have given two designs to them and both were AI generated. A simple phone conversation would clear up any art design issues they are having with the concept(s) I have provided. I have asked to talk to someone directly at this company and they say they only work online through their portal or email. I believe they use bots for their communication and the address on their website is a simple postal box with multi users and businesses at the same address.

Great customer service with prompt replies to questions prior to placing order. Ordered 14 custom jerseys… received them quite quickly (within the estimated time frame). Jerseys were exactly as ordered (sizing and custom lettering). Very pleased with quality of product as well.

When I became concerned that the bowling shirt I ordered as a Christmas gift had not yet arrived, the company reached out in a text to let me know that it was on it's way and would arrive in time. The gift was for my son in law (a new first time bowler) and he absolutely loved it! He went into another room and came out with his new shirt and his face was beaming. Thankyou for such a wonderful gift!

I've ordered team jerseys from them a couple times and after my design was approved by me it took about 2 weeks to receive them... Great customer service and a great product. 100% recommend

I recently received my Primesty bowling shirts and overall, they look just like the product photos on the website. The fit seems true to size, which I appreciated. However, the shirts appear to be made of nylon or polyester, and unfortunately there is no material information or care instructions on the tags. This makes it difficult to know the best way to wash or maintain them. While the product itself is decent, the shopping experience could use improvement. The website is not very mobile-friendly, which made browsing and ordering more challenging than it should be. Additionally, communication around delivery needs to be better—there was very little information or updates while my order was in transit. With clearer labeling, improved mobile usability, and better delivery communication, the overall experience would be much stronger.
